Abstract

본 발명은 반자동 기계 변속장치(10)의 제어장치와 방법에 관한 것으로 어 떤 소정의 상태에서 미리 선택된 스타트비로 다운시프트 또는 업시프트 직접적으로 오퍼레이터가 할 수 있다.
미리 선택된 스타트비는 정지작동에서 즉시 선행하는 차량 시동에 이용되는 비율이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 연료드로틀 제어기 (24)와; 연료드로틀 제어엔진(14)와; 정지작동에서 시동하는데 알맞는 최저군의 기어비 (제1∼제5도)와, 소정의 스타트비로 결정된 이 최저군의 비 내의 고유비를 지닌 다중속도변환기어 기계 변속기 (12)와 ; 입력을 수신하고, 제어논리 법칙에 따라 이를 처리하여 명 령 출력 신호를 변속기 오퍼 레 이 터 (34)를 포함하는 비수동제어 오퍼레이터에 발생시키며. 이 수동시프트 선택레버의 작동과 소정의 스타트비로의 시프트 선택을 나타내는 시스템 파라미 터 를 감지하는 중앙처리장치(38)를 포함하는 자동 기 계 변환기어 변속기장치(10)를 제어하는 방법은 (i) 정지 작동에서 각각 시작하는 동안 이용되는 실제 기어비를 감지하고. (ii) 소정의 현재 스타트비로 정지 작동에서 각각 시 동하는 동안 이용되는 실제 기어 비를 기 억하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동기계변환 기어 변속장치를 제어하는 방법.
  2. 연료드로틀 제어기(24)와; 연료드로틀 제어엔진(14)와; 정지작동에서 시동하는데 알맞는 최저군의 기어비(제1∼제5도)와, 소정의 스타트비로 결정된 이 최저군의 비 내의 고유비를 지닌 다중 속도변환기어 기계 변속기(12)와; 입력을 수신하고, 제어논리법칙에 따라 이를 처리하여 명령 출력 신호를 변속기 오퍼레이터(34)를 포함하는 비수동제어 오퍼레이터에 발생 시키며, 이 수동시프트 선택레버의 작동과 소정의 스타트비로의 시프트 선택을 나타내는 시스템 파라미터를 감지하는 중앙처리장치(38)를 포함하는 자동기계변환기에 변속기장치(10)를 제어하는 장치는 (i)정지작동에서 각각의 시동동안 이용되는 실제 기어비를 감지하는 수단과; (ii) 현재 소정의 스타트비로 정지작동으로 부터 각각 시동하는 동안 이용되는 실제기어비를 기억한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 기계 변환기어 변속기장치를 제어하는 장치.
  3. 연료드로틀 제어기(24)와; 연료드로틀 제어엔진(14)과; 정지작동에서 시동하기에 알맞는 최저군의 기어비(제1∼제5)와, 소정의 스타트비로 결정된 최저군의 비내의 고유비를 지닌 다중속도 변환 기어기계 변속기(12)와; 입력을 수신하고, 제어 논리법칙에 따라 이를 처리하여 명령출력신호틀 변속기 오퍼레이터(34)를 포함하는 비수동 제어 오퍼레이터에 발생시키며, 이 수동 시프트 선택 레버의 작동과 소정의 스타트 비로 시프트의 오퍼레이터 선택을 감지하기 위한 시스템 파라미터 를 감지하는 중앙처리장치(38)를 포함하는 반자동 기계 변환 변속장치(10)를 제어하는 방법은(i) 정지작동으로 부터 각각의 시동동안 이용되는 실제 기어비를 감지하는 것과, (ii) 현재 소정의 스타트비로 정지작동에서 각각외 시동동안 이용되는 실제 기어비를 기억하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반자동 기계 변환 변속장치를 제어하는 방법
