Claims (15)
- a. 폴리(메타-페닐렌 이소프탈아미드)와 용매의 용액을 방사구금속의 오리피스를 통해 압출하여 섬유구조를 일체로 한정하는 무정형 섬유(당해 섬유는 내부에 미세 기공을 갖는다)를 형성시키는 단계, b. 무정형 섬유를 수성 압출욕과 접촉시킴으로써 섬유가 수팽윤 상태에 있는 동안 용매를 제거하는 단계, c. 수팽윤 섬유를 수용성 물질을 함유하는 수용액과 접촉시키는 단계 및 d. 110 내지 140℃의 증기를 사용하여 수팽윤 섬유를 가열함으로써 섬유 구조 전체의 섬유 기공속으로 수용성 물질을 분산시키는 단계들을 포함하는 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(d)에서 120℃ 증기를 사용하여 수팽윤 섬유를 가열하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 물질이 계면활성제인 방법.

- a. 폴리(메타-페닐렌 이소프탈아미드)와 용매의 용액을 방사구금속의 오리피스를 통해 압출하여 섬유구조를 일체로 한정하는 무정형 섬유(당해 섬유는 내부에 미세 기공을 갖는다)를 형성시키는 단계, b. 무정형 섬유를 수성 압출욕과 접촉시킴으로써 섬유가 수팽윤 상태에 있는 동안 용매를 제거하는 단계, c. 수팽윤 섬유를 수용성 물질을 함유하는 수용액과 접촉시키는 단계 및 d. 110 내지 140℃의 온도의 증기를 사용하여 수팽윤 섬유를 가열함으로써 섬유 구조 전체의 섬유 기공속으로 수용성 물질을 분산시키는 단계들을 포함하는 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 수용성 물질이 염료이며, 섬유의 유리전이온도 이상의 증기를 사용하여 염료 함유 수팽윤 섬유를 추가로 가열하여 섬유 기공을 붕괴시키고 섬유속에 염료를 확고하게 고착시키고 섬유를 결정화시켜 계속적인 세탁 수축에 대하여 섬유를 안정화시키는 방법.
