Claims (14)

  1. 폴리(메타-패닐렌 이소프탈아미드)용액과 용매를 방사구내의 오리피스를 통해 압출하여 섬유 구조를 일체로 한정하는 무정형 섬유(이 섬유는 그 내부에 미소구공을 가짐)를 형성시키고, 상기 무정형 섬유를 수성압출욕과 접촉되게 이동시켜 상기 섬유가 수-팽윤상태에 있는 동안 용매를 제거하고, 상기 수-팽윤 섬유를 수용성 물질을 함유하는 수용액과 접촉시킨 다음, 상기 섬유 구조전체의 섬유구공내로 수용성 물질을 거의 전부 분산시키는데 충분한 시간동안 약 110℃ 내지 140℃의 온도에서 증기로 상기 수-팽윤섬유를 가열시키는 단계를 포함하는 합성섬유의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 섬유구조 전체의 섬유구공내로 수용성 물질을 거의 전부 분산시키는데 충분한 시간동안 약 120℃의 온도에서 증기로 수-팽윤 섬유를 가열시키는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 수용성 물질이 계면활성제인 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 수용성 물질이 염료인 방법.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 계면활성제를 섬유내에 분산시킨 후 섬유구조를 건조시키는 방법.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서, 섬유구공을 붕괴하고 섬유내에 염료를 확고하게 정착시키고 섬유를 결정화시키고 계속적인 세탁수축에 대해 섬유를 안정화시키는데 충분한 시간동안 섬유의 글래스 전이온도 이상의 온도에서 증기로 수-팽윤, 염료-함유 섬유를 추가로 가열시키는 방법.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 약 150℃ 내지 165℃의 온도에서 섬유를 증기로 가열시키는 방법.
  8. 제 6 항에 있어서, 약 165℃의 온도에서 섬유를 증기로 가열시키는 방법.
  9. 폴리(메타-페닐렌 이소프탈아미드)용액과 용매를 방사구내의 오리피스를 통해 압출하여 섬유구조를 일체로 한정하는 무정형섬유(이 섬유는 그 내부에 미소구공을 가짐)를 형성시키고, 상기 무정형섬유를 수성압출욕과 접촉되게 이동시켜 상기 섬융가 수-팽윤상태에 있는 동안 용매를 제거하고, 섬유의 글래스전이온도 이하의 온도에서 증기내에 승화하는 유기 수-불용성 물질과 수용성 염료를 함유하는 수성 혼합물로 상기 수-팽윤 섬유를 접촉시키고, 섬유구조 전체의 섬유구공내로 수용성 염료를 거의 전부 분산시키는데 충분한 시간동안 약 110℃ 내지 140℃의 온도에서 수-팽윤 섬유를 증기로 가열시키고, 상기 섬유구조 전체의 섬유구공내로 수불용성 물질을 승화시키는데 충분한 시간동안 섬유의 글래스 전이온도 이하의 승화온도에서 수-팽윤섬유를 증기로가열시킨 다음, 섬유구공을 붕괴하고 섬유내에 염료를 확고하게 정착시키고 계속적인 세탁수축에 대하여 섬유를 안정화시키는데 충분한 시간동안 섬유의 글래스 전이온도 이상의 온도에서 상기 수-팽윤 섬유를 증기로 가열시키는 단계를 포함하는 합성섬유의 제조방법.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 약 110℃ 내지 150℃의 승화온도에서 수-팽윤 섬유를 증기로 가열시키는 방법.
  11. 제 9 항에 있어서, 수불용성 물질이 자외선 차단제인 방법.
  12. 제 9 항에 있어서, 수불용성 물질이 분산염료인 방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 수-팽윤 섬유를 약 165℃의 온도에서 증기로 가열시키는 방법.
  14. 폴리(메타-페닐렌 이소프탈아미드) 용액과 용매를 방사구내의 오리피스를 통해 압출하여 섬유구조를 일체로 한정하는 무정형 섬유(이 섬유는 그 내부에 미소구공을 가짐)를 형성시키고, 상기 무정형 섬유를 수성압출욕과 접촉되게 이동시켜 상기 섬유가 수-팽윤 상태에 있는 동안 용매를 제거하고 상기 수-팽윤 섬유를 수용성 물질을 함유하는 수용액과 접촉시킨 다음 상기 섬유구조 전체의 섬유구공내로 수용성 물질을 거의 모두 분산시키는데 충분한 시간동안 약 110℃ 내지 140℃의 온도에서 수-팽윤 섬유를 증기로 가열시키고, 여기서 수용성 물질은 염료이며, 그 후 섬유구공을 붕괴하고 섬유내에 염료를 확고하게 정착시키고 섬유를 결정화시키고 또한 계속적인 세탁수축에 대하여 섬유를 안정화시키는데 충분한 시간동안 섬유의 글래스 전이온도 이상의 온도에서 수-팽윤, 염료-함유 섬유를 증기로 추가로 가열시키는 단계를 포함하는 합성섬유의 제조방법.
