Claims (4)

  1. 아날로그 곱셈기에 있어서, 대칭형 입력전압에 따라 전체 전류를 선형적으로 변화시키기 위한 가변저항형 MOSFET 선형수단과, 상기 가변저항형 MOSFET 선형수단으로부터 자신의 반전입력 단자에 접속되되, 자신의 빈반전 입력단자는 접지되는 연산증폭기(U) 및 이연산증폭기(U)의 반전입력단자 및 출력단자간에 접속되는 궤환소자(Z)로 구성되는 연산증폭부(10)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변저항형 MOSFET 아날로그 곱셈기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가변저항형 MOSFET 선형수단은 자신의 게이트 입력단자는 V1공급전원에 접속되고, 자신의 드레인 단자는 V2공급전원에 접속되는 MOSFET Q1과, 자신의 소스단자는 상기 MOSFET Q1의 소스단자에 접속되고, 자신의 게이트 및 드레인 단자는 서로 접속된채로 -V2공급전원에 접속되는 MOSFET Q1로 구성되어 상기 V2및 -V2공급전원에 따라 전류를 선형적으로 변화되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 가변저항성 MOSFET 아날로그 곱셈기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가변저항형 MOSFET 선형수단과 상기 연산증폭부(10)의 연산증폭기(U)의 반전단자간에 접속되되 자신의 게이트 단자에 신경상태가 입력되어 하이브리드 신경고리 회로로 동작하도록 하는 MOSFET Q3를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변저항형 MOSFET 아날로그 곱셈기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가변저항형 MOSFET 선형수단의 대칭형 입력단에 각기 종속접속되되 그들의 각게이트 단자는 서로 접속된채로 신경상태가 입력되어 하이브리드 신경고리 회로로 동작하도록 하는 MOSFET Q4 및 Q5를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변저항형 MOSFET 아날로그 곱셈기.
