Claims (2)
- 세라믹 발진자(1)를 가진 전압제어 발진기에 있어서, 세라믹 발진자(1)의 출력전압은 병렬접속된 2개의 분기를 가진 이상기(P)의 입력에 공급되고, 제1 분기에는 증폭기(5)가 놓이며 제2분리기에는 저역통과 필터(6), 제어가능한 증폭기(7) 및 제어가능한 전환스위치(8)이 놓이고, 제어가능한 전환스위치(8)의 제1 입력은 제어가능한 증폭기(7)의 출력과 연결되며, 제어가능한 전환스위치(8)의 제2 입력은 기준전위와연결되고, 제어가능한 전환스위치(8)의 출력은 가산기(9)의 제1 입력과 연결되며, 증폭기(5)의 출력은 가산기(9)의 제2 입력과 연결되고, 가산기(9)의 출력은 세라믹 발진자(1) 귀환되는 것을 특징을오 하는 세라믹 발진자를 가진 전압제어발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세라믹 발진자(1) 및 전류원(2)으로 이루어진 병렬 접속회로의 한 단자는 기준전위와 연결되고, 트랜지스터(3)의 콜렉터는 제1 증폭기(4)의 입력과 연결되며 저항(R1)을 통해 공급전압(UB)에 연결되고, 제1증폭기(4)의 출력은 제2증폭기(5) 및 저역통과필터(6)의 입력과 연결되며, 저역통과필터(6)의 출력은 제어가능한 증폭기(7)의 입력과 연결되고, 제어가능한 증폭기(7)의 출력은 제어가능한 전환스위치(8)의 제1 입력과 연결되며, 제어가능한 전환스위치(8)의 제2입력은 기준전위에 놓이고, 제어가능한 전환스위치(8)의 출력은 가산기(9)의 제1 입력과 연결되며, 가산기(9)의 출력은 제2증폭기(5)의 출력과 연결되고 가산기(9)의 출력은 제어가능한 스위치(10)를 통해 트랜지스터(3)의 베이스에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 발진자를 가진 전압제어 발진기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
