Abstract

바실러스속에 속하고 3α, 7α-디히드록시-l2-케토-5β-콜란산의 생산성을 갖는 균주를, 3α, 7α, 12α-트리히드록시-5β-콜란산을 함유하고 배지의 pH가 바람직하게는 7∼11인 영양 배지에서 배양시킨 다음, 배양 배지중의 생성물을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 3α, 7α-디히드록시-12-케토-5β-콜란산의 제조방법이 개시되어있다.
상기 균주는 바실러스속의 돌연변이 균주이며, 실질적으로 100% 전환율 및 실질적으로 100% 수율로 상기 산을 생산할 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 바실러스속에 속하고 3α, 7α-디히드록시-12-케토-5β-콜란산의 생산성을 갖는 바실러스 sp. TTUR2-M4-124.
  2. 바실러스속에 속하고 3α, 7α-디히드록시-12-케토-5β-콜란산의 생산성을 갖는 바실러스 sp. TTUR2-M4-336.
  3. 바실러스속에 속하고 3α, 7α-디히드록시-12-케토-5β-콜란산의 생산성을 갖는 미생물을 3α, 7α, 12α-트리히드록시-5β-콜란산 함유 영양 배지에서 배양하고; 3α, 7α-디히드록시-12-케토-5β-콜란산을 배양 배지중에 생성시킨 다음; 담즙산을 수집함을 특징으로 하는 3α, 7α-디히드록시-12-케토-5β-콜란산의 제조방법
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 영양 배지의 pH가 7∼11임을 특징으로 하는 3α, 7α-디히드록시-12-케토-5β-콜란산의 제조방법.
