Claims (10)

  1. 초기 탄산칼슘 포화비율이 90이상이고 50몰%이상의 (메트)아크릴산 또는 이의 염을 함유하며 중량평균분자량이 약 1,500 내지 약 35,000이고 약 18 내지 약 60℃의 온도에서 물 속에서 0.1ppm 이상의 오존에 30분이상 동안 노출된 후에도 본래의 탄산칼슘 포화비율을 70%이상 보유하는 유기 수용성 비닐계 중합체와 오존을 미생물 성장 및 열 전달 표면에의 무기 스케일 형성을 저해하는 유효량으로 재순환 냉각수에 가함을 포함하여 재순환 냉각수를 처리하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 수용성 비닐계 중합체가 (메트)아크릴산의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체 및 이들의 수용성 염임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 수용성 비닐계 중합체가 (메트)아크릴산 및 이의 수용성 염과 (메트)아크릴아미드, 말레산 무수물, N-메틸 설폰산-(메트)아크릴아미드, N-에틸 설폰산-(메트)아크릴아미드, 이타콘산, 아크릴산의 C1-C3-에스테르, 하이드록시프로필 아크릴레이트, N-t-부틸 아크릴아미드, 아크릴아미도 메틸 프로판 설폰산 및 비닐 아세테이트로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 비닐계 단량체 중의 하나 이상과의 공중합체이고, 유기 수용성 비닐계 중합체가 초기에는 (메트)아크릴산 또는 이의 염을 60몰%이상 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 오존이 처리되는 냉각수를 기준으로 하여 잔류 오존 농도가 0.01ppm이상으로 유지되기에 충분한 비율로 냉각수에 첨가되고, 처리되는 냉각수의 특성들이 다음과 같은 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 잔류 오존 농도가 처리되는 냉각수를 기준으로 하여 0.01ppm이상의 농도로 유지되고, 중합체는 초기 분자량이 2,000 내지 10,000이며 초기 탄산칼슘 포화비율이 100이상인 아크릴산의 단독중합체인 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 잔류 오존 농도가 0.05ppm이상이고, 중합체가 초기 분자량이 2,000 내지 25,000이고 초기 탄산칼슘 포화비율이 80이상인 메트아릴산의 단독중합체인 방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 오존량이 처리되는 냉각수를 기준으로 하여 0.01ppm 이상의 농도로 유지되고, 공중합체가 특성들이 다음과 같은 중합체중의 하나 이상으로 구성되는 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
  8. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제5항, 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 중합체가 처리되는 냉각수를 기준으로 하여 냉각 수속의 초기 활성 중합체 농도를 2ppm 이상으로 수득하기에 충분한 비율로 재순환 냉각수에 증가적 또는 연속적으로 첨가되는 방법.
  9. 처리되는 물을 기준으로 하여 2ppm 이상의 오존화 냉각수에 초기 탄산칼슘 포화비율이 90이상이고 50몰% 이상의 (메트)아크릴산을 함유하며 초기 중량평균분자량이 약 1,500 내지 약 35,000이고, 18 내지 약 60℃의 온도에서 냉각수 속에서 오존 농도 0.1ppm 이상의 오존에 30분 이상 동안 노출된 후에도 본래의 탄산칼슘 포화비율을 70%이상 보유할 수 있는 유기 수용성 비닐계 중합체를 가함을 포함하여, 특성들이 다음과 같이 오존화 냉각수와 접촉하는 열 전달 표면에의 경질 스케일 형성을 저해하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 처리는 물을 기준으로 하여 약 5 내지 약 50ppm의 초기 전체 중합체 농도를 수득하기 위해, 중합체가 오존화 냉각수에 첨가되고, 중합체가 특성들이 다음과 같은 중합체 중의 하나 이상에서 선택되는 방법.
