Claims (7)
- 폴리머 혼합물이 (a) 비닐 방향족 화합물 및 러버를 기초로 하는 아크릴로 니트릴의 그라프트 코폴리머 5-90wt% ; (b) 극성 그룹을 가진 열가소성 폴리머 5-90wt% ; (c) 비닐 방향족 화합물 및 카르복시 및 이미드중 하나 이상을 함유하는 모노머가 몰비로 5 : 1에서 1 : 5까지의 범위로 존재하는 디엔 러버를 기초로하는 비닐 방향족 화합물 및 아크릴로 니트릴의 코폴리머의 그라프트 코폴리머 1-90wt% ; 로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 러버를 기초로하는 비닐 방향족 화합물 및 아크릴로 니트릴 및 극성 그룹을 가진 열가소성 폴리머를 베이스로 하는 열가소성 폴리머 혼합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리머 혼합물이 (a) 80-20wt% 러버의 존재하의 60-90wt% 스티렌 및 α-메틸스티렌중 하나 이상 ; 10-40wt% 아크릴로니트릴 ; 0-20wt% 하나 이상의 다른 모노머의 코폴리머 20-80wt%의 그라프트 코폴리머의 20-60wt% ; (b) 극성 그룹을 가진 열가소성 폴리머 20-60wt% ; (c) 비닐 방향족 화합물과 카르복시 및 이미드중 하나 이상을 포함하는 화합물의 모노머가 중량비 2 : 1에서 1 : 2와 코폴리머 및 러버에 대해 0.1-25wt%의 양만큼 가해진 디엔 러버를 기초로 한 비가 9 : 1에서 6 : 4인 스티렌 및 α-메틸스티렌 중 하나 이상의 아크릴로 니트릴 코폴리머의 그라프트 코폴리머 1-60wt% ; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 폴리머 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 폴리아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 폴리머 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 비닐 방향족 화합물이 스티렌 및 α-메틸 스티렌중 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 폴리머 혼합물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 카르복시 및 이미드 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 화합물이 무수 말레인산 이타콘산, 시트라콘산, 말레이미드, N-페닐말레이미드 또는 약산의 아미드 중 하나 이상으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 폴리머 혼합물.
- 성분(c)가 60-20wt%의 디엔 러버의 존재하의 a) 10-40wt%의 아크릴로 니트릴 ; b) 60-90wt%의 스티렌 및 α-메틸스티렌 ; c) 0-20wt%의 아크릴레이트 ; 의 혼합물 40-80wt%의 중합으로 얻어지는 그라프트 코폴리머가 용융상에 혼합장치로 공급되고, 그후 비닐 방향족 화합물과, 카르복시 및 이미드중 하나 이상을 포함하는 화합물의 모노머가 2 : 1에서 1 : 2의 몰비로 주입되며, 주입되는 카르복시 및 이미드중 하나 이상을 포함하는 화합물의 양이 그라프트 코폴리머에 대해 1-10wt%이며, 혼합장치에서의 체류 시간이 1-15분이고 온도가 180-270℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 분리된 성분이 혼합장치에서 혼합되는 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 열가소성 폴리머 혼합물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 폴리머 혼합물 전체 또는 일부로부터 제조된 물건.
