Claims (10)
- 선형모우터 이동의 반송설비에 있어서, 상기 반송설비가 반송용의 차체(A), 상기 차체(A)를 이동 자유롭게 지지하는 안내레일(B), 상기 안내레일(B)측에 설치된 1차코일(C), 상기 차체(A)측에 설치된 2차도체(D), 이 2차도체(D)는, 차체(A)의 전후방향으로 나열되는 복수개의 도체부분(D1),(D2)으로 분할 형성되고, 또한 굴곡자유롭게 되어 있는 상기 차체(A)측에 설치된 전륜(8)을 포함하고 상기 복수개의 도체부분(D1),(D2)은 상기 안내레일(B)로서 안내되는 전륜(8)에 의해 안내레일(B), 길이방향에 따른 자세로 굴곡조작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형모우터 이용의 반송장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1차코일(C)이, 이동차(A)를 목표정지위치에 정지시키기 위해 발생하는 1차코일(C1)을 포함하고, 이 1차코일(C1)에 대한 통전을 제어하는 감속통전제어수단(100A)이, 상기 이동차(A)가 설정거리 진행할때마다 다음의 설정거리를 진행시키는 사이에 발생하는 추진력을 연산하고, 또한 그의 연산에 있어서 전회의 추진력 발생에 따르는 속도변화결과에 의거해서 구하는 추진력을 보정하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형모우터이용의 반송장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 감속통전제어수단(100A)이, 상기 이동차(A)가 설정거리 이동할때마다, 현지점에서의 주행속도와 현지점에서 설정거리 이동한 지점에서의 목표속도와의 편차, 상기 설정거리 및 이동차중량에 의거해서, 발생시키는 추진력을 연산하고, 또한 2회 이후의 추진력 연산에 있어서의 이동차중량을 전회의 추진력 발생에 따르는 속도변화결과에 의거해서 구하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징로 하는 선형모우터이용의 반송장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 1차코일(C)이, 이동차(A)에 대해서 역추진력을 발생하기 위한 1차코일(C2)을 포함하고, 이 역추진력용의 1차코일(C2)이 상기 정지추진력용의 1차코일(C1)의 가까이에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형모우터 이용의 반송설비.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 역추진력용의 1차코일(C2)은 정지추진력용의 1차코일(C1)에서 발진된 이동차(A)의 가속에도 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형모우터 이용의 반송장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 이동차(A)에, 행선정보를 기억하는 기억매체(15)가 설치됨과 동시에, 상기 역추진력용의 1차코일(C2)에 대한 통전을 제어하는 가감속용 통전제어수단(100B)과 상기 감속통전제어수단(100A)에 상기 기억매체(15)의 정보를 판독하는 판독수단(16)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 선형모우터 이용의 반송설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1차코일(C)이, 이동차(A)를 목표속도로 가속하는 중간 가속용의 1차코일(C3)을 포함하고, 이 1차코일(C3)에 대한 중간가속용통전제어수단(100C)이, 상기 목표속도와 진입속도와의 편차, 상기 이동차(A)의 중량 및 추진력을 주는 설정시간 또는 추진력을 주는 사이에 상기 이동차(A)가 진행하는 설정거리에 의거해서 연산되는 추진력을 발생하는 상태로, 상기 설정시간을 경과하는 동안 또는 상기 설정거리를 상기 이동차(A)가 진행하는 동안에 있어서, 상기 1차 코일(C3)을 통전하게 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형모우터 이용의 반송설비.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 1차코일(C)이 이동차(A)를 목표정지위치에 정지시키기 위해 추진력을 발생하는 1차코일(C1)과 이동차(A)에 대해서 역추진력을 발생하기 위한 1차코일(C2)을 포함하고, 이 역추진력용의 1차코일(C2)이 상기 정지추진력용의 1차코일(C1)의 가까이에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형모우터 이용의 반송설비.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 역추진력용의 1차코일(C2)은 정지추진력용의 1차코일(C1)에서 발진된 이동차(A)의 가속에도 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형모우터 이용의 반송설비.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 이동차(A)에 행선정보를 기억하는 기억매체(15)가 설치됨과 동시에 상기 역추진력용의 1차코일(C2)에 대한 통전을 제어하는 가감속용 통전제어수단(100B)과 상기 감속통전 제어수단(100A)에, 상기 기억매체(15)의 정보를 판독하는 판독수단(16)을 구비시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 선형모우터 이용의 반송설비.
