항생제 발히마이신, 이의 제조방법 및 약제로서 이의 용도

제1도는 HPLC에서 발히마이신의 보유시간(retention time)을 나타낸다.
제2도는 H NMR(400MHz D2O, 300K)을 나타낸다.

Claims (12)

  1. 분자식 C66H73Cl2N9O24의 화합물인 발히마이신 및 약제학적으로 허용가능한 이의 염.
  2. 악티모마이세트 종 Y-86.21022(DAM 5809) 생산 미생물을 배양하고 이어서 배양 브로쓰로부터 분리 및 정제하여 수득할 수 있는 분자식 C66H73Cl2N9O24의 화합물인 발히마이신 및 약제학적으로 허용가능한 이의 염.
  3. 악티노마이세트 종 Y-86.21022(DAM 5809), 이의 돌연변이체 및/또는 변종을 탄소 및 질소원, 무기 영양염및 미량 원소를 함유하는 영양 배지 중에서 호기 조건하에 배양하고 통상적인 방법으로 화합물을 분리 및 정제함을 특징으로 하여, 제1항 또는 제2항에 청구된 발히마이신을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 배양을 약 28 내지 32℃의 온도 및 약 6 내지 8의 pH에서 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에서, 배양을 29℃(±1℃) 및 pH 약 7.0에서 수행하는 방법.
  6. 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발효를 68 내지 72시간 동안 수행하는 방법.
  7. 제3항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발효를 함침 발효로서 수행하는 방법.
  8. 제1항의 화합물 및, 필요한 경우, 추가로 약제 제조시에 통상적인 보조제 및/또는 부형제를 함유하는 약제.
  9. 항생 작용을 갖는 약제의 제조를 위한 제1항의 화합물의 용도.
  10. 항생제 생합성의 조절을 위한 생화학적 조절제로서의 제1항의 화합물의 용도.
  11. 악티노마이세트 종 Y-86.21022(DAM 5809).
