Claims (4)
- 미생물 기탁번호가 NRRL 15734 미생물 악티노마두라 마두레 변종 시마오엔시스(Actinomaduramadurae Subspecies Simaoensis)나 또는 항생제 LL-D42067α 또는 항생 LL-D42067β를 생성해내는 그의 돌연변이주를 탄소, 질소및 무기음이온과 양이온염으로 된 동화원을 함유하는 멸균액체배지내에서 상기 배지중에 상당량의 LL-D42067α 또는 LL-D42067β가 생성될 때까지 호기 발효시킨 다음 그로부터 항생제를 회수하는 것으로 구성된 항생제 LL-D42067α 및 LL-D42067β의 제조방법.
- 기탁번호 NRRL 15734인 미생물 악티노마두라 마두레 변종 시마오엔시스 또는 항생제 LL-D42067α나 LL-D42067β를 생성해내는 그의 돌연변이 주로 된 생균배앙물로 접종된 탄소, 질소 및 무기음이온과 양이옥염의 동화원을 함유하는 멸균액체배지를 호기 발효시키고 이때 상기 발효배양액은 pH 7,0-7.6 온도 24-32℃에서 90-200시간동안 멸균공기를 주입해주면서 진탕하에 유지시키며, 그런다음 매시(mash)를 수확하고 항생제를 추출하는 것으로 구성된 항생제 LL-D42067α 및 LL-D42067β의 제조방법.
- 탄소, 질소, 및 무기음이온과 양이온 염으로 된 동화원을 함유하는 수성 배지내에서 발효시켰을 때회수 가능한 양의 항생제 LL-D42067α 및 LL-D42067β를 산출해 낼수 있는 기탁번호 NRRL-15734인 미생물 악티노마두라 마두레 변종 시마오엔시스의 생물학적으로 순수한 배양물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 돌연변이 유발을 받아 미생물이 유전적으로 변형되었으나 항생제 LL-D42067α 또는 LL-D42067β를 합성하는 능력은 그대로 보유하고 있는 미생물 악티노마두라 마두레 변종 시마오엔시스의 생물학적으로 순수한 배양물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
