Claims (6)

  1. 동화가능한 탄소원, 질소원 및 무기염 함유 액상 배지내에서 미생물 스트렙토마이세스 비네시우스-드라푸스 HRHL 15735 또는 그의 변이주를, 상기 배지에 실질적 항생 활성이 부여될 때까지 호기적 발효시킨 후 그로부터 항생물질을 회수하는 것으로 구성되는, 항생물질 LL-D49194α1; LL-D49194β1; LL-D49194β2; LL-D49194β3; LL-D49194; LL-D49194; LL-D49194; LL-D49194ζ; LL-D49194η; LL-D49194ω1; LL-D49194ω2및 LL-D49194ω3의 제조방법.
  2. 동화가능한 탄소원, 질소원 및 무기염을 함유하며 미생물 스트렙토마이세스 비네시우스-드라푸스 NRRI 15735 또는 그 변이주의 생육성 배양균으로 접종시킨 액상 배지를 호기적 발효시키고, 상기 발효 배양물을 90-200시간동안 24-32℃의 온도로 유지시킨 후 매시(mash)를 수확하고 항생물질을 추출하는 것으로 구성되는, 항생물질 LL-D49194α1; LL-D49194β1; LL-D49194β2; LL-D49194β3; LL-D49194; LL-D49194; LL-D49194; LL-D49194ζ; LL-D49194η; LL-D49194ω1; LL-D49194ω2,및 LL-D49194ω3의 제조방법.
  3. 동화가능한 탄소원, 질소원 및 무기질을 함유하는, 수성 영양 배지내에서의 발효시, 회수량의 항생물질 LL-D49194α1; LL-D49194β1; LL-D49194β2; LL-D49194β3; LL-D49194;LL-D49194;LL-D49194;LL-D49194ζ;LL-D49194η; LL-D49194ω1LL-D49194ω2및 LL-D49194ω3를 생산할 수 있는, 미생물 스트렙토마이세스비네시우스-드라푸스 NRRL15735의 생물학적 순수배양균.
