Claims (13)
- 약산 약 0.1중량%이상, 칼슘-칼레이트화제 및 약산의 알칼리 금속 염인 짝염기로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 화합물 약 0.1중량%이상(이때, 짝염기를 선택할 경우, 이의 약산 성분 및 약산은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 이들은 인산, 메타인산, 헥사메타인산, 사트르산, 붕산, 황산, 아세트산 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된다) 및 나머지는 (총 100중량%가 되도록)미분된 탄산칼슘(이때, 탄산칼슘은 칼슘-킬레이트화제 또는 짝염기 및 약산에 의해 피복되며 이들과 평형상태로 존재한다)의 혼합물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 미분된 산-안정화 탄산칼슘.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속이 나트륨 또는 칼슘인 미분된 산-안정화 탄산칼슘.
- 제1항에 있어서, 짝염기를 나트륨 헥사메타인산염인 미분된 산-안정화 탄산칼슘.
- 제1항에 있어서, 짝염기를 나트륨 헥사메타인산염이고 약산이인산인 미분된 산-안정화 탄산칼슘.
- 제1항에 있어서, 칼슘-킬레이트화제가 나트륨 헥사메타인산염 및 통상적인 다좌(multi-dentate)킬레이트 리간드로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 미분된 산-안정화 탄산칼슘.
- 제5항에 있어서, 통상적인 다좌 킬레이트 리간드가 에티러렌 디아민 테트라-아세트산(EDTA), 트리에틸렌 테트라민, 디에틸렌 트리아민, 0-페난트롤린, 옥실산 등으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 미분된 산-안정화 탄산칼슘.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄산칼슘이 침전된 탄산칼슘 및 미분된 천연 석회석으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 미분된 산-안정화 탄산칼슘.
- 제1항에 있어서, 칼슘-킬레이트화제 또는 짝염기가 최종 혼합물의 약 1내지 약 2중량%이고, 약산이 최종 혼합물의 약 1내지 약 4중량%인 미분된 산-안정화 탄산칼슘.
- a)탄산칼슘의 무수중량을 기준으로 하여, 나트륨 헥사메타인산염 및 에틸렌 디아민 테트라-아세트산(EDTA), 트리에틸렌 테트라민, 디에틸렌 트리아민, o-페난트롤린, 옥살산등을 포함하는 통상의 다좌 킬레이트 리간드로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 칼슘-키레이트화제, 및 약산의 알칼리 금속염인 짝염기로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 화합물 약 0.1중량%이상을 미분된 탄산칼슘에 가하여 혼합물을 생성시키고, b)이 혼합물에, 탄산칼슘의 무수 중량을 기준으로 하여, 약산 0.1중량%이상으로 가하여 생성된 최종 혼합물의 pH 를 약 5내지 7로 감소시킨 다음〔이때, 단계9a)에서 짝염기를 선택할 경우, 이의 약산 성분 및 단계 (b)의 약산은 동일하거나 상이 할수 있으며, 약산은 인산, 메타인산, 헥사메타인산, 시트르산, 붕산, 아황산, 아세트산 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된다〕, c)최종 혼합물이 균일하게 혼합될때까지 교반시킴을 특징으로 하여, 미분된 산-안정화 탄산칼슘을 제조하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 미분된 탄산칼슘이 무수 분말일 경우, 칼슘-킬레이트화제 또는 짝염기는 수용액 상태이며, 미분된 탄산칼슘이 수성 슬러리일 경우, 칼슘-킬레이트화제 또는 짝염기는 고체 또는 수용액 상태인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제지 공정에서 미분된 산-안정화 탄산칼슘을 충전제 물질로서 사용할 경우, 약산을 미분된 탄산칼슘 및 칼슘-킬레이트화제 또는 짝염기의 혼합물에 종이 완성지료(furnish)의 성분으로 가하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제지 공정에서 미분된 산-안정화 탄산칼슘을 충전제 물질로서 사용할 경우, 칼슘-킬레이트화제 또는 짝염기 및 약산을 종임 완성지료의 성분으로 사용하되, 칼슘-킬레이트화제 또는 짝여믹를 미분된 탄산칼슘을 함유하는 혼합물에 먼저 가한 다음, 이어서 상기에서 생성된 미분된 탄산칼슘 및 칼슘-킬레이트화제 또는 짝염기의 혼합물에 약산을 가하는 방법.
- 약산 약 0.1중량%이상, 및 나트륨 헥사메타인산염 및 에틸렌 디아민 테트라-아세트(EDTA), 트리에틸렌 테트라민, 디에틸렌 트리아민, o-펜난트롤린, 옥살산 등을 포함하는 통상의 다좌 킬레이트 리간드로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 칼슘-킬레이트화제 및 약산의 알칼리 금속 염인 짝염기(이때 짝염기를 선택할 경우, 이의 약산 성분 및 약산은 동일하거나 상이하며, 약산은 인산, 메타인산, 헥사메타인산, 시트르산, 붕산, 아황산, 아세트산 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된다)로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 화합물이 약 0.1중량% 이상으로 산-안정화시킨 미분된 탄산칼슘(이때, 칼슘-킬레이트화제 또는 짝염기는 최종 혼합물의 약 1내지 약 2중량%이며, 약산은 최종 혼합물의 약 1내지 약4중량%이다)를 제지 과정시 충전제 물질로서 사용함을 특징으로 하여, 약산성 종이를 중화시킴으로써 이의 광학적 특성을 증진시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
