제1도는 세경의 파이프가 접속되는 본 발명에 따른 커넥터의 부분 절개평면도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시한 커넥터의 수직단면도, 제3도는 제1도의 선 Ⅲ-Ⅲ을 따라 절개한 단면도, 제4도는 제4조에 도시한 소켓본체의 사시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 커넥터 본체와 환형 밀봉부재와 상기 밀봉부재의 후측에 설치되는 부시부재 및 소켓본체를 포함하며, 이 커넥터 본체는 그 전단부 측면상의 원통형 연결벽과 이 본체를 측방향으로 관통 연장하는 작은 체임버를 갖고 있으여, 상기 작은 체임버는 확대부를 구비하며 원통형벽에 있는 연통구멍과 연통하며, 상기 커넥터 본체는 상기 확대부를 둘러싸는 주위벽부를 가지며, 상기 주위벽부에는 노치가 구비되어 있고 커넥터본체는 그 후단부에 지지벽을 형성하며, 커넥터 본체와 무관하게 만들어지는 소켓 본체는 작은 체임버의 확대부로 삽입되며, 소켓이 삽입되는 방향에서 서로 마주보게 배치된 한쌍의 탄성 돌출클로벽을 구비하며, 이 소켓본체의 후단부벽은 상기 지지벽과 결합하며, 클로벽은 커넥터 본체로 삽입되는 파이프상에 형성된 외부로 돌출한 환형 돌출벽부와 탄성 접촉하도록 되어 있으며, 상기 외부로 돌출한 환형벽부는 파이프가 접속되는 파이프 단부에 근접취치하며, 상기 소켓본체는 소켓의 삽입방향으로 보아 소켓본체의 앞에 배치되는 환형원통형벽과 이 환형벽의 후방으로 연속하며 주위벽의 원주방향으로 연장하는 아암과 적어도 일단에서 환형벽을 떠나도록 아암을 형성하게 상기 환형벽에 형성된 슬릿 및 상기 아암의 전단부의 내측에 형성된 직사각형이며, 탄성을 갖는 한쌍의 클로벽을 포함하며, 상기 환형벽, 아암 및 탄성 클로벽은 하나의 유니트로 형성되며, 각각의 탄성클로벽은 대응하는 아암의 후방에 있는 후단부를 가지며, 아암의 축선에 대체로 수직하게 돌출하므로 클로벽의 후단부는 서로 대향비치되고 테이퍼면을 갖는 후단부의 후방표면에는 개구가 있어서; 소켓본체가 커넥터 본체로 삽입하여 결합되면 커넥터 본체의 노치위치에 있는 클로벽의 전면은 삽입된 파이프의 환형 돌출벽부에 대해 가압되며, 클로벽의 후방표면은 지지벽과 결합하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세경배관 접속용 커넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소켓본체는 수지로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세경배관 접속용 커넥터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소켓본체는 평판 또는 시이트 형태의 스프링 재료를 스탬핑 가공하여 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세경배관 접속용 커넥터.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 부재는 스프링 강, SUS물질 또는 인청동으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세경배관 접속용 커넥터.
