Claims (16)

  1. 수용성 에틸렌성 불포화 모노머 수용액을 석유계 탄화수소 용매중에서, 계면활성제 및/또는 고분자 보호 콜로이드의 존재하에, 라디칼 중합 반응 개시제를 사용하여, 임의적으로 교차 결합제의 존재하에, 제1단계의 역상 현탁 중합 반응시키고, 용액을 냉각시켜 계면활성제 및/또는 고분자 보호 콜로이드의 침전시키고, 다음에 라디칼 중합 반응 개시제와 임의적으로 교차 결합제를 포함하는 수용성 에틸렌성 불포화 모노머 수용액을 제1단계중합 반응 시스템에 가하여 역상 현탁 중합 반응을 1회 이상 더 진행시키는 조작을 반복하는 것으로 구성된 역상 형탁 중합 반응에 의한 흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 역상 현탁 중합 반응을 2단계에서 수행하고; 제2단계의 중합 반응시에 라디칼 중합 반응 개시제 및 임의로 교차 결합제를 함유하는 수용성 에틸렌성 불포화 모노머 수용액을 제1단계의 중합 반응 시스템에 제1단계의 모노머 용액의 중량을 기준으로 50 내지 300%의 비율로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제2단계 및 그 이후 단계에서 사용되는 모노머 성분이 제1단계에 사용된 모노머 성분과 동일 또는 상이한 수용성 에틸렌성 불포화 모노모류로 부터 선택한 1종류임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 에틸렌성 불포화모노머가 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 또는 그들의 알칼리염을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 에틸렌성 불포화모노머가 아크릴산, 메타크릴아미드 또는 N,N-디메틸아크릴아미드임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 비이온성 계면활성제이거나 비이온성 계면활성제와 음이온성 계면활성제의 조성물을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 소르비탄 지방산 에스테르, 폴리글리세린 지방산 에스테르, 수크로오스 지방산 에스테르 및 소르비톨 지방산 에스테르로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종류 또는 2종류 이상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 고분자 보호 콜로이드가 에틸셀룰로오스, 에틸 히드록시에틸 셀룰로오스, 산화 폴리에틸렌, 말레산무수에 의해 변성된 폴리에틸렌, 말레산무수물에 의해 변성된 폴리부타디엔 및 말레산 무수물에 의해 변성된 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔-3원 공중합으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 석유계탄화수소용매가 n-헥산, n-헵탄, 시틀로헥산, 톨루엔 및 크실렌으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종류 또는 2종류 이상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 각 단계에서 사용된 수용성 에틸렌성 불포화 모노모 수용액이 25중량% 이상의 농도의 모노머를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 석유계 탄화수소 용매가 n-헵탄임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 라디칼 중합 반응 개시제가 과황산 칼륨임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 교차 결합제가 에틸렌 글리콜 디글리시딜 에테르 또는 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디글리시딜 에테르임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 교차 결합제가 에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트 또는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 교차 결합제가 N,N′-메틸렌비스아크릴아미드 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 역상 현탁 중합 반응을 3단계 또는 그 이상의 단계에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
