Claims (6)
- 도전 세라믹 소결체에 있어서, (가) 매트릭스로서의 질화 규소-염기 세라믹과, (나) 주기율표의 IVa족, Va족 및 VIA족에 속해 있는 천이 금속들의 탄화물, 질화물, 산화물 및 이들의 복합 화합물들로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 도전 화합물로된 10 내지 70체적%의 제 1 도전 재료와, (다) SiC로 된 0.1 내지 50체적%의 제 2 도전 재료로 이루어져 있고 ; 상기 제 1 도전 재료와 상기 제 2 도전 재료는 도전 통로를 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전 세라믹 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 질화 규소-염기 세라믹은 α-SiN 또는 β-Si3N4에 염기된 질화 규소 세라믹인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전 세라믹 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 질화 규소-염기 세라믹은 SIALON인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전 세라믹 소결체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 SIALON은 일반식이 Si6-ZAlZOZN8-Z(여기서, Z<1)인 β-SIALON인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전 세라믹 소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 도전 재료는 TiN인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전 세라믹 소결체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도전 통로는 제 1 도전 재료상들 사이와, 제 2 도전 재료상들 사이와, 그리고 상기 제 1 도전 재료상과 상기 제 2 도전 재료사이의 접촉에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전 세라믹 소결체.
