Claims (12)
- 펌프챔버(6) 및 그 펌프챔버와 연통하는 입구덕트(15) 및 출구덕트(20)를 형성하는 펌프몸체(2), 펌프챔버의 가요성벽(9)의 이동에 의해 펌프챔버의 체적을 변환시키도록 작동가능한 작동수단(10) 및 입구 및 출구덕트에 제각기 배치된 제1밸브(13) 및 제2밸브(18)를 포함하는 펌프장치(1,100,120)로서, 각기의 밸브는 벽의 이동에 의해 펌프챔버에 발생된 압력이나 흡입력에 응답하여 상호작용 밸브시이트(21,24)와의 계합부로 또는 벗어나 이동가능한 밸브부재(22,23)를 지닌 고정밸브를 포함하며, 상기 펌프장치는 밸브부재(22,23)를 안착위치로 바이어스 시킬수 있는 자기수단(magnetic means:30,36)을 포함하는 펌프장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자기수단이 밸브부재를 안착위치로 바이어스시키는 정규작동 조건과 유체를 지닌 펌프챔버의 마중작용을 허용하도록 밸브부재들이 해제위치로 이동가능한 마중조건사이에서 자기수단을 선택적으로 작동 시킬 수 있는 마중수단(33)을 포함하는 펌프장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,각기의 제1및 제2밸브부재는 각기의 자철(ferromagnetic)부를 지니며, 자기수단은 제1환형 마그네트(30) 및 제2환형 마그네트(36)를 포함하며 그 마그네트를 통해 입구 및 출구덕트들이 제각기 뻗어나가며, 그 마그네트들은 정규 작동 조건에서 마중작용수단에 의해 각기의 밸브시이트에 인접한 각기고정 위치에 유지되며 마중조건에서 밸브부재들이 더이상 안착위치로 바이어스되지 않는 각이의 또다른 위치로 이동하기 위해 고정위치로부터 해제되는 펌프장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,작동 수단을 제어할 수 있고 그 수단에 에너지를 부여할 수 있는 전기회로 수단(40)을 포함하는 자체적으로 완비된 펌프장치로서,작동수단은 펌프몸체의 가요성벽을 변형시킬 수 있는 압전변환기(piezoelectric transducer:10,50)를 포함하며, 전기횔수단은 펌프몸체로 부터 분리할 수 있는 하우징(38)에 배치되었으며, 사용중 그 하우징은 해제가능한 접속수단(39)에 의해 펌프몸체에 접속되있는 펌프장치.
- 선행항에 있어서, 사용중 하우징과 펌프몸체가 실시가능한 관계로 접속되면 변환기는 펌프몸체의 가요성벽을 덮어 씌우는 위치로 하우징에 배치되며 벽을 변환기와의 활동계합부내로 바이어스시키는 바이어스 수단(103)을 포함하는 펌프장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 바이어스 수단이 형상 기억을 지니며 가요 성벽의 단단한 부분(105)에 주변적으로 접속된 가요성벽의 환형 멤브레인부(103)를 포함하므로써, 펌프몸체가 하우징에 작동적으로 접속되면 단단한 부분이 변환기와의 계합부로 바이어스되는 펌프장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 몸체는 사용중 공급유체를 수용하는 저장소(129)와 일체로 형성되었으며, 상기 저장소는 입구덕트와 연통연결되 있는 펌프장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 하우징 및 몸체가 저장소격실용 폐쇄수단(130)에 작동적으로 접속될때 하우징은 자장소를 수용하는 저장소격실(121)을 포함하며, 마중수단은 하우징에 장착된 수동조작 핸들(33)로 작동되며, 핸들이 자기수단의 정규작동조건을 부여하도록 마중 수단의 작동에 상응하는 제위치에 있을때 핸들 및 폐쇄수단이 저장소격실에의 접근을 차단하도록 연결되 있는 펌프장치.
- 펌프챔버(6)을 형성하는 펌프몸체(2),펌프챔버와 액체공급원(129) 사이를 연통하는 입구 덕트(15),펌프된 유체 전달용 챔버와 연통해 있는 출구덕트(20), 펌프챔버의 가요성벽(9)의 이동에 의해 펌프챔버의 체적을 변화시켜 액체를 펌프시키도록 작동할 수 있는 작동수단(10,50) 및 펄스방식으로 압전요소에 에너지를 부여할 수 있는 전기회로 수단(40)을 포함하는 펌프장치(1,100,120)로서, 상기 작동수단은 편향 진폭을 감지하는 센서전극(63,64)을 지니는 합성 압전요소(10,50)를 포함하며, 전자회로수단은 입구 및 출구덕트 및 펌프챔버로 형성된 액체 체적내에서 폐색이나 기포변형에 일치하는 펌프장치의 비정상 작동의 지시를 제공하도록 하나의 한계수준으로서 감지된 편향 진폭을 비교하는 검출수단을 포함하는 펌프장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 검출수단은, 감지된 진폭이 하부 한계 수준보다 적을때 폐색의 출현을 명시하며 하부 한계 수준에 대해 감지된 편향진폭을 비교하도록 작동할 수 있는 폐색검출 수단을 포함하는 펌프장치.
- 제9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 검출수단은, 감지된 진폭이 상부한계 수준보다 클때 기포의 출현을 명시하며 상부한계 수준에 대해 감지된 편향 진폭을 비교하도록 작동할 수 있는 기포 검출 수단을 포함하는 펌프장치.
- 제9항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전자회로 수단에 접속된 유량감지 수단을 포함하는 펌프장치로서, 상기 회로수단이 미리 설정된 수준으로 감지된 유량을 유지시키도록 변화할 수 있는 주파수로 압전변환기에 동력을 부여하는 펌프장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
