Description
Claims (10)
- (a)제1 및 제2주표면을 갖는 열변형성 담체 필름(carrier film), 상기 열변형성 담체 필름의 제1표면상에 중첩된 접착제충 및 (c) (i)폴리우레탄 필름-형성 결합제로부터 유도된, 열변형성 필름에 접착된 착색된 하도막(basecoat), 및 (ii)폴리우레탄 폴리올 및 폴리이소시아네이트 경화제로부터 유도된 상기 하도막층 위에 놓인 투명한 상도막(topcoat)을 포함하는, 상기 열변형성 필름의 제2표면상에 중첩된 도료층을 포함하는 도료 복합체 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하도막층이 약 150%내지 약 300%의 신장율을 갖는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄이 폴리에스테르 우테탄인 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제가 탄소수 약 3 내지 약5의 탄소측쇄를 가진 지방족 아크릴레이트 단량체로부터 제조된 아크릴성 라텍스 중합체인 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 폴리올이 폴리에스테르 우레탄 폴리올인 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제층 위에 일시적 보호덮개가 중첩된 제품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 일시적 보호 덮개가 종이 및 중합체 재료중에서 선택된 재료로 이루어진 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명한 피막층이 약 150% 내지 약 300%의 신장율을 갖는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하도막층이 금속 배향을 생성하기에 충분한 전단력으로 도포된 금속 안료를 포함하는 제품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 금속 안료가 알루미늄 박편, 청동 박편 및 금속 산화물 피복된 운모로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
