Claims (9)
- (1)방향족 히드록시 카르복실산, (2) 방향족, 히드록시아민 및 방향족 디아민으로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상으로 이루어지는 폴리에스테르인 비등방성 용융상을 형성하도록 적응되는 중합체 필름과 필름 형성능을 갖는 열가소성 중합체 필름으로 이루어지는 적층필름의 제조에 있어서, 상기 두 중합체중 적어도 한가지를 적층시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체를 비등방성 용융상을 형성하도록 적응되는 중합체의 단축배향 필름상에 적층시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두 중합체를 동시에 필름으로 성형하여 서로에 적층시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 얻은 적층 시이트를 2축 연신시키는 단계로 더 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비등방성 용융상을 형성시키도록 적응되는 중합체 필름은 방향족 히드록시 카르복실산으로 구성되는 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비등방성 용융상을 형성하도록 적응되는 중합체 필름은 방향족 히드록시 카르복실산, 방향족 디카르복실산과 지환족 디카르복실산으로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상, 그리고 방향족 디올, 지환족 디올 및 지방족 디올로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상으로 구성되는 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비등방성 용융상을 형성하도록 적응되는 중합체 필름은 방향족 히드록시 카르복실산, 방향족 히드록시 아민 및 방향족 디아민, 그리고 방향족 디카르복실산과 지환족 디카르복실산으로부터 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상으로 구성되는 폴리에스테르아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비등방성 용융상을 형성하도록 적응되는 중합체 필름은 방향족 히드록시 카르복실산, 방향족 히드록시 아민 및 방향족 디아민, 방향족 디카르복실산과 지환족 디카르복실산으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상, 그리고 방향족 디올, 지환족 디올 및 지방족 디올로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상으로 구성되는 폴리에스테르 아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름형성능을 갖는 열가소성 중합체 필름은 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부틸렌, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리이소프렌, 폴리비닐아세테이트, 염화폴리비닐, 염화폴리비닐리덴, 아크릴수지, ABS 수지, AS 수지, 폴리우레탄, 실리콘수지, 불소계수지, 폴리탄산염, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 방향족 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리비닐에테르, 폴리에테르 아미드, 폴리아미드 이미드, 폴리에테르 에테르 이미드, 폴리에테르 에테르케톤, 포리에테르술폰, 폴리술폰, 폴리페닐렌설파이드, 아이오노머, TPX 및 그들의 공중합체로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
