Claims (10)

  1. 한 기판이 최소한 두 발광 재질의 패턴을 가지며, 전자 광학 매체의 전송 상태에 영향을 주기 위한 구동수단을 가지는 두 평행 투명기판 사이의 전자 광학 매체를 구비하는 표시장치에 있어서, 혼신 필터가 방사원과 발광 재질 사이에 배치되며, 상기 필터는 거의 완벽하게 단파 방사선을 통과시키며 서의 완벽하게 발광재질에서 발생하는 방사선을 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 혼신필터와 발광재질은 방사원과 전자 광학 매체 사이에 배치되며, 반면에, 전자 광학 매체는 발광재질에서 발생되는 방사용 광 스위치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 혼신 필터는 전자 광학 매체와, 방사원으로부터 떨어진 전자 광학 매체의 사이드 상의 발광 재질 사이에 배치되며, 반면에, 전자 광학 매체는 발광 재질을 여기시키는 방사용 스위치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
  4. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 전자 광학 매체는 액정 재질을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 혼신 필터는 교번적으로 높고 낮은 굴절 계수를 가지는 최소 20층을 구비하는 유전체필터이며, 상기 층은 여기 방사선을 거의 완벽하게 통과시키며, 발광 재질에서 발생되는 방사선을 거의 완벽하게 반사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 높은 굴절 계수를 가지는 층은 산화하프늄(HfO2), 산화지르코늄(ZrO2), 산화티타늄(TiO2) 또는 산화탄타늄(TaO5) 또는 산화니오븀(Nb2O5)의 하나 또는 그 이상의 층을 구비하며, 낮은 굴절 계수를 가지는 층은 염화마그네슘(MgF2) 또는 산화실리콘(SiD2)의 하나 또는 그 이상의 재질을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 혼신 필터는 선택적으로 3 내지 5개의 금속층 및 유전체 재질의 층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 방사원은 254nm의 중심 파장에서 방사원을 방사하며, 하나 또는 그 이상의 다음 재질이 형광체 패턴으로 선택되며, 즉,
    BaMg2AI16O27: 청 형광체로서 Eu
    CeMgAl11O18: 녹 형광체로서 Tb
    Y2D3: 적 형광체로서 Eu
    인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 방사원은 360 내지 380nm의 범위내의 파장에서 방사선을 방사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 패턴형 제2혼신 필터는 발광 재질의 다른 편의 패턴상에 배치되며, 반면에, 필터상의 수직에 대해 20 내지 35° 이상의 각도로 연장되어 있는 광선에 대해 방사선이 상당히 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
