제 1도는 본 발명의 제 1실시예의 조립체를 구성하는 하나의 활주부재의 사시도.
제 2도, 3도는 하우징 및 다수의 활주부재로 구성되고, 제각기 활주운동의 사이클전, 사이클중 및 사이클 후에 위치 관계를 도시하는 제 1실시예의 조립체의 평면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 반죽껍질의 충전재로 구성되는 구형체 형성장치에 있어서, 가) 서로에 관하여 활주 관계로서 조립되어 원주상에 배치된 적어도 3개의 부재로 구성된 조립체와, 나) 상기 조립체의 중심에 상기 부재에 의해 규정된 구멍과, 다) 반죽껍질 및 충전재로 구성된 원통형 물체를 상기 구멍으로 연속으로 공급하는 수단과, 라) 상기 구멍을 폐쇄 및 개방하기 위하여 원통형 물체의 종축에 수직인 방향으로 내향 및 외향으로 상기 부재를 모두 이동시키는 수단을 구비하고, 각각의 부재는 에지를 형성하며 서로 접해있는 2개의 활주표면을 포함하고, 상기 표면을 따라 인접한 부재의 인접한 활주표면이 활주 가능하고, 또한 에지에 접하게 형성된 테이퍼 부분을 포함하고, 여기서 상단 표면은 에지 방향으로 배열된 그래디언트가 다른 부위를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구형체 형성장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 테이퍼 부분의 상단면은 에지의 방향으로 처음에는 가파르게, 다음에는 완만하게 경사지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구형체 형성장치.
  3. 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 테이퍼 부분의 상단면은 부굴곡 그레이언트의 경사를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구형체 형성장치.
  4. 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 테이퍼 부분의 상단면은 에지에서 멀리 떨어져 위치한 가파른 그래디언트 부분과 에지에 인접한 완만한 그래디언트 부분을 포함하는 선형부 그래디언트의 경사를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구형체 형성장치.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 선형부 그래디언트의 경사는 에지에서 멀리 떨어져 위치한 가파른 그래디언트 부분과 에지에 인접한 수펴단부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구형체 형성장치.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 테이퍼 부분의 하단면은 에지 방향으로 배열된 다른 그래디언트의 부위를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구형체 형성장치.
  7. 제 2항에 있어서, 테이퍼 부분의 하단면은 에지 방향으로 배열된 다른 그래디언트의 부위를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구형체 형성장치.
  8. 제 3항에 있어서, 테이퍼 부분의 하단면은 에지 방향으로 배열된 다른 그래디언트의 부위를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구형체 형성장치.
  9. 제 4항에 있어서, 테이퍼 부분의 하단면은 에지 방향으로 배열된 다른 그래디언트의 부위를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구형체 형성장치.
  10. 제 5항에 있어서, 테이퍼 부분의 하단면은 에지 방향으로 배열된 다른 그래디언트의 부위를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구형체 형성장치.
