본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 장입장치의 일부 수직단면의 전체 개략도.
제2도는 제1도에 관련하여 90° 회전된 호퍼의 축방향 수직단면도.
제3도 및 4도는 각 콘테이너에 호퍼를 결속시키는 부분을 각기 보여주는 호퍼 현가 시스템의 도해적인 상세도.

Claims (4)

  1. 회전 또는 선호 분배슈우트 및 이 슈우트 위에 중압 유동도관(48)을 가지며, 그 유동개구가 중심축선을 중심으로 한 대칭작용과 함께 계량부재(68)에 의해 제어되며, 그 위에는 상, 하부 밀봉 밸브 및 호퍼쪽으로 향해 유동을 조정하는체크밸브(32,34)를 갖춘 2콘테이너(14,16)를 장착하고 있는 호퍼(46)로 구성되는 것으로서, 호퍼(46)가 정적인 관점으로부터 수직로의 주둥이와 별도로 존재하며, 또한 호퍼(46)는 프레임(22) 또는 수직로의 주둥이 위에 설치된 밀봉 체임버(40) 내부에 위치되며, 아울러 호퍼(46)가 호퍼(46)를 텅빈 콘네이너에 결속되게 그리고 충전된 콘테이너로부터 떼어지게 할 수 있는 이용수단에 현가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직로의 장입장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 호퍼(46)를 현가하기 위한 장치가 호퍼(46) 위에 축방향으로 배치되고 그의 저단이 제1크로스-피이스(50)에 의해 호퍼(46)의 정부에 접속되는 제1로드(52), 및 이 제1로드(52)와는 별개로 하여 중공형상을 갖추고서 제1로드(52) 둘레에 동축상태로 배치되며 그의 저단이 제2크로스-피이스(54)에 의해 호퍼(46)의 정부에 접속되는 제2중공로드(56)로 이루어지며, 이들 2로드(52,56)는 각기 그들의 정부단에서 2콘테이너(14,16) 각각에 각기 접속된 제 1 및 제2유압실린더(88`,88)에 각기 고정되어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직로의 장입장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 호퍼(46)가 가요성 수평 안정화 플레이트(60,62,64)를 통해 밀봉 체임버(40)에 접속되는 것을 특징으로하는 수직로의 장입장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 대칭작용을 하는개량 밸브(68)와 그의 구동장치(70)가 호퍼(46)상에 장착되고 또한 개량 밸브(68)가 가요성 밀봉장치(76)의 영역내의 밀봉체임버의 벽을 통해 그의 구동장치(70)에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직로의 장입장치.
