Claims (4)

  1. 생물학적 분해성 부형제로서 폴리-D(-)-3-히드록시부티르산을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 활성성분의 제어방출 특성을 갖는 조정펩티드의 미세캡슐.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 부세렐린 아세테이트를 함유하는 미세캡슐.
  3. a) 펩티드 수용액을, 할로겐화 지방족 C₁내지 C₄탄화수소중의 폴리 -D(-)-3-히드록시부티르산 용액에 에멀젼화시키고, 생성 에멀젼에 상분리를 위해 실리콘 오일을 첨가한 다음, 포화 체탄화수소를 첨가하고, 생성된 미세캡슐을 분리하거나; b) 펩티드 수용액 또는 현탁액을, 하로겐화 지방족 C₁내지 C₄탄화수소중의 폴리 -D(-)-3-히드록시부티르산 용액에 에멀젼화시키고, 생성 에멀젼을 계면활성제 또는 콜로이드 수용액중에 에멀젼화시키고, 유기 용매를 증발시킨다음, 생성된 미세 캡슐을 분리하거나 ; c)펩티드를 할로겐화 지방족 C₁내지 C₄탄화수소중의 폴리 -D(-)-3-히드록시부티르산 용액에 현탁시키고, 생성 현탁액을 계면활성제 또는 콜로이드 수용액중에 에멀젼화시키고, 유기 용매를 증발시킨다음, 생성된 미세 캡슐을 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는, 활액 성분의 제어방출 특성을 갖는 조정펩티드의 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 할로겐화 지방족 C₁내지 C₄탄화수소로서 클로로포름 또는 염화메틸렌을 사용하는 방법.
