PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PREPARAR MICROCAPSULAS CON LIBERACION CONTROLADA DE LA SUSTANCIA ACTIVA. COMPRENDE: A) EMULSIONAR UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DEL PEPTIDO REGULADOR EN UNA SOLUCION DEL PHB, EN UN HIDROCARBURO DE C 1 A 4 ALIFATICO HALOGENADO Y ENTRE 0 Y 50JC; B) AÑADIR A LA EMULSION DE A) ACEITE DE SILICONA, PARA RODEAR A LAS GOTAS DE EMULSION POR LA ENVOLTURA DE PHB Y FORMAR MICROCAPSULAS CON UN TAMAÑO DE 200 MM EN SOLUCION; C) FILTRAR A LA SOLUCION DE B), PARA SEPARAR A LAS MICROCAPSULAS; Y D) TRATAR A LAS MICROCAPSULAS CON HIDROCARBUROS SATURADOS PARA ENDURECERLOS.
