Abstract

본 발명은 생물학적 활성 물질을 함유하는 미소캡슐을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 방법은 활성 물질이 투입되어 있는 용매에 중합체를 용해하고 생성된 현택액 또는 용액을 분무하고 활성 물질을 함유한 중합체 소적에 대한 비용매내에 소적을 수집하여 응고물을 생성하는 것을 포함한다. 이어서 응고된 소적을 2차 비용매내에서 경화시킨다.

Description

중합체 미소캡슐을 함유하는 생물학적 활성 물질의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 미소캡슐로부터의 에스트라디올 방출을 도시한다. 제2도는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 미소캡슐로부터의 헥사펩티드 H-Gly-Phe-Met(O2)-D-Lys-Phe-OH(β-엔도르핀 62-67 유도체)의 방출을 도시한다. 제3도는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 미소캡슐로부터의 헥사펩티드 Org2766 (H-Met(O)2-Glu-His-Phe-D-Lys-Phe-OH) 방출을 도시한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 활성제가 용해되어 있거나 또는 현탁되어 있는 용매에 중합체를 용해하고, 형성된 영액 또는 현탁액을 분무하고, 이어서 비용매내에 상기 형성된 소적(小適)을 수집함으로써 용액 또는 현탁액을 형성시키는 것을 포함하는 중합체 미소캡슐을 함유하는 생물학적 활성제의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 응고된 소적을 연이어서 2차 비용매에 옮기는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분무 방법이 초음파 분무인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 생분해성인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 락트산과 글리콜산의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 2차 비용매가 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 중합체를 아세톤에 용해하고, 상기 1차 비용매가 에탄올 또는 에탄올-물 혼합물이고, 상기 2차 비용매가 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 분무되는 용액 또는 현탁액이 또한 소량의 비용매를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
