Claims (20)
- 고도 불포화 지방산을 구성 지방산으로서 함유하는 유지를 원료유로 하여 제조되고, 환경 오염 물질의 함유량이 저감된, 고도 불포화 지방산 또는 고도 불포화 지방산의 에틸에스테르로서, 함유되는 다이옥신류 중, 폴리염화디벤조파라다이옥신 (PCDD) 및 폴리염화디벤조푸란 (PCDF) 의 함유량이 0.05 pg-TEQ/g 미만, 코플레이너 PCB (Co-PCB) 가 0.03 pg-TEQ/g 미만인 고도 불포화 지방산 또는 고도 불포화 지방산의 에틸에스테르.
- 제1항에 있어서,
추가로, 함유되는 브롬화 난연제의 함유량이 BDE-47 의 양이 0.18 ng/g 미만, BDE-100 의 양이 0.03 ng/g 미만, BDE-49 의 양이 0.05 ng/g 미만, 또는 BDE-99 의 양이 0.05 ng/g 미만으로 저감되어 있는 고도 불포화 지방산 또는 고도 불포화 지방산의 에틸에스테르. - 제1항에 있어서,
지방산 중에서 차지하는 고도 불포화 지방산의 농도가 80 면적% 이상, 85 면적% 이상, 90 면적% 이상, 95 면적% 이상, 또는 96 면적% 이상인 고도 불포화 지방산의 에틸에스테르. - 제1항에 있어서,
고도 불포화 지방산을 구성 지방산으로서 함유하는 유지가 어유, 크릴유, 해양 포유류유 또는 미생물유인 고도 불포화 지방산 또는 고도 불포화 지방산의 에틸에스테르. - 제1항에 있어서,
고도 불포화 지방산이 에이코사펜타엔산, 도코사헥사엔산, 도코사펜타엔산, 디호모-γ-리놀렌산, 아라키돈산 중 어느 것, 또는 이들의 조합인 고도 불포화 지방산 또는 고도 불포화 지방산의 에틸에스테르. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 고도 불포화 지방산 또는 고도 불포화 지방산의 에틸에스테르를 유효 성분으로서 함유하는 환경 오염 물질이 저감된 제품으로서,
상기 환경 오염 물질이 저감된 제품은 의약품, 서플리먼트 또는 식품인, 환경 오염 물질이 저감된 제품. - a) 고도 불포화 지방산을 구성 지방산으로서 함유하는 원료유로부터, 박막 증류에 의해 유리 지방산 및 환경 오염 물질을 제거하고,
b) 얻어진 고도 불포화 지방산 함유 유지를 가수분해 또는 에틸에스테르화하고,
c) 정류 및 칼럼 크로마토그래피에 의해 정제함으로써,
폴리염화디벤조파라다이옥신 (PCDD), 폴리염화디벤조푸란 (PCDF) 및 코플레이너 PCB (Co-PCB) 의 함유량을 저감시킨 고도 불포화 지방산 또는 고도 불포화 지방산의 에틸에스테르를 제조하는 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
추가로, 브롬화 난연제의 함유량도 저하시키는 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
고도 불포화 지방산 또는 고도 불포화 지방산의 에틸에스테르의 지방산 중에서 차지하는 고도 불포화 지방산의 농도가 80 면적% 이상, 85 면적% 이상, 90 면적% 이상, 95 면적% 이상, 또는 96 면적% 이상인 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
고도 불포화 지방산을 구성 지방산으로서 함유하는 원료유가 어유, 크릴유, 해양 포유류유 또는 미생물유인 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 박막 증류가 200-270℃, 220-260℃, 또는 220-250℃의 온도에서 실행되는 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 박막 증류가 5 ㎩ 이하, 2 ㎩, 또는 1 ㎩ 이하의 압력에서 실행되는 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 박막 증류가 유속 20-200 (㎏/h)/㎡, 또는 25-120 (㎏/h)/㎡로 실행되는 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 박막 증류가 분자 증류 또는 단행정 증류인 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
정류가 3 탑 이상의 증류탑에 의해 실시하는 것인 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
칼럼 크로마토그래피에 의한 정제가 역상분배계의 칼럼 크로마토그래피를 사용하는 것인 방법. - 제7항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된, 다이옥신류의 함유량이 0.07 pg-TEQ/g 미만, 또는 0.05 pg-TEQ/g 미만인 고도 불포화 지방산 또는 고도 불포화 지방산의 에틸에스테르.
- 제17항에 있어서,
