Claims (4)
- a) 캔디다(Candida) 속, 리조퍼스(Rhizopus) 속, 무코(Mucor) 속, 아스퍼질러스(Aspergillus) 속 및 수도모나스(Pseudomonas) 속으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나이상의 미생물에서 추출된 효소촉매 존재하에서 천연유지와 에탄올을 에탄올리시스(ethanolysis)하여 지방산 에틸 에스테르(Fatty acid ethyl ester; FAEE)를 제조하는 단계;b) 상기 제조된 지방산 알킬 에스테르를 100 내지 200℃ 및 0.001 내지 10mmHg에서 단증류(Short Path Distillation;SPD) 장치를 이용하여 예비증류하는 단계;c) 상기 예비증류를 거친 알킬 에스테르화물을 100 내지 200℃ 및 0.001 내지 10mmHg에서 감압분별증류하여 농축지방산이 형성되는 단계;d) 상기 포화지방산이 제거된 농축지방산을 모사 이동상(Simulated Moving Bed;SMB) 컬럼 크로마토그래피를 통해 정제하는 단계;가 연속적으로 진행되는 오메가-3계 고도불포화 지방산의 고순도 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 효소촉매는 천연유지의 트리글리세롤 탄소에 1,3-위치특이성을 가지는 리파제 및 천연유지의 트리아실글리세롤에 아실 사슬 특이성(acyl chain specificity)을 가지는 리파제가 포함되는 오메가-3계 고도불포화 지방산의 고순도 정제방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 1,3-위치 특이성 리파제는 리조퍼스속의 자바니쿠스(R. javanicus), 니베우스(R. niveus), 및 아스퍼질러스속 나이거(A. noger)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나이상의 리파제이고,상기 아실사슬 특이성 리파제는 캔디다 속의 실린드라시아(C. cylindracea), 안타르티카(C. antarctica), 리조퍼스속의 미헤이(R. miehei), 및 아리주스(R. arrhizus)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나이상의 리파제인 오메가-3계 고도불포화 지방산의 고순도 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 정제단계를 거친 오메가-3계 고도불포화 지방산은 EPA(Eicosapentaenoic Acid;EPA), 또는 DHA(Docosahexaenoic Acid ;DHA)로서 농도가 90%이상인 오메가-3계 고도불포화 지방산의 고순도 정제방법.
