Description
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 초음파 미스트 흡입장치 부품의 분해도를 나타내고,
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 흡입장치 액체 리저버 구조물의 분해도를 나타내고,
도 3은 도 1에 따른 흡입장치 액체 리저버 구조물 부품의 단면도를 나타내고,
도 4a는 도 2 및 3의 흡입장치 액체 리저버 구조물에 대한 공기 유동 부재의 등척도를 나타내고,
도 4b는 도 4a에 도시된 공기 유동 부재의 단면도를 나타낸다.
Claims (9)
- 초음파 미스트 흡입장치에 있어서,
분무되는 액체를 수용하도록 조절된 액체 챔버를 구비하는 액체 리저버 구조물,
상기 액체 챔버와 유체 연통하는 초음파 처리 챔버, 및
상기 액체 챔버와 상기 초음파 처리 챔버 사이에 배열된 모세관 요소
를 포함하고
상기 모세관 요소의 재료는 적어도 부분적으로 대나무 섬유인, 초음파 미스트 흡입장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 모세관 요소의 재료는 100% 대나무 섬유인, 초음파 미스트 흡입장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 모세관 요소의 재료는 적어도 75% 대나무 섬유 및, 바람직하게는, 25% 면인, 초음파 미스트 흡입장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 모세관 요소는 0.27mm 내지 0.32mm 사이의 두께를 가지고, 바람직하게는, 38g/m2 내지 48g/m2 사이의 밀도를 가지는, 초음파 미스트 흡입장치. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 모세관 요소는 평면 형상을 지니는, 초음파 미스트 흡입장치. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 모세관 요소는 중앙 부분과 주변 부분을 구비하는, 초음파 미스트 흡입장치. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 주변 부분은 상기 액체 챔버를 향해 아래로 연장되는 L형 단면을 가지는, 초음파 미스트 흡입장치. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
상기 중앙 부분은 상기 초음파 처리 챔버를 향해 아래로 연장되는 U형 단면을 가지는, 초음파 미스트 흡입장치. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 챔버에 수용되는 상기 액체는 57~70%(w/w) 식물성 글리세린 및 30~43%(w/w) 프로필렌 글리콜을 포함하고, 상기 프로필렌 글리콜은 니코틴과 향미료를 포함하는, 초음파 미스트 흡입장치.
