Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种雾化器,包括壳体、进气口、吸嘴组件、油腔及雾化片、导油装置、连接电极、出气通道,出气通道包括设置于壳体内腔的气管,油腔中间设有容置腔,所述气管设置于容置腔内,且气管外壁与容置腔内壁之间留有第一间隙,第一间隙与进气口连通,形成第一进气道;导油装置包括雾化棉,气管下端套接有隔热管,该气管上端与吸嘴组件相连通,下端插入雾化棉的中空腔中,且隔热管下端与雾化棉中空腔的底部之间留有间隙。本实用新型可防止雾化片产生的热量经过气管传递到外壳,并使得所有空气能够低空掠过雾化棉与雾化片接触的面,更充分的雾化,雾化效率更高,产生的烟雾更多。同时,可控制烟油传递速率,防止雾化棉吸油过多而积油。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型属于一种雾化器及其电子烟。
背景技术
目前已有的超声波高频雾化电子烟,其一般通过导油棉将油腔中的烟油传导至雾化片上,然后开设与雾化片的雾化表面相连通的进气通道和出气通道,通过高频振荡雾化烟油。但是现有的产品在实际应用过程中存在如下缺陷:
1.出气通道距离雾化表面较远,空气经过进气通道流至雾化表面后,由于空气是乱序进入,杂乱无章,并不是所有空气都流到雾化表面参与雾化了,部分冷空气直接从出气通道流走,无法很好的将烟雾带出,大大降低了雾化效率以及烟雾量。同时,冷空气夹杂着雾化的烟雾,将烟雾温度降低,使得入口温度低,口感差。
2.雾化片表面容易出现积油现象,特别是长时间不使用时,烟油会不断往下渗透,容易造成积油。积油会导致烟油难以雾化,出烟量少。
3.雾化片产生的热量很容易通过出气通道传导至外壳上,造成外壳发烫严重。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型旨在提供一种外壳不发烫、雾化效率高、产生烟雾量大、不会积油现象的雾化器及其电子烟。
本实用新型解决问题的技术方案是:一种雾化器,包括壳体、位于壳体上部的进气口、安装在壳体顶部的吸嘴组件、设置于壳体内的油腔及雾化片、可将油腔中的烟油导入雾化片表面的导油装置、安装在壳体底部的连接电极,所述壳体内设有与吸嘴组件连通的出气通道,所述出气通道包括设置于壳体内腔的气管,所述油腔中间设有隔油腔,隔油腔内设有容置腔,所述气管设置于容置腔内,且气管外壁与容置腔内壁之间留有第一间隙,该第一间隙与进气口连通,形成第一进气道;
所述导油装置包括固定于容置腔内且可将烟油导入雾化片,且与雾化片的雾化表面抵接的雾化棉,该雾化棉为中空柱状结构;
所述气管下端套接有隔热管,该气管上端与吸嘴组件相连通,下端插入雾化棉的中空腔中,且隔热管下端与雾化棉中空腔的底部之间留有第二间隙,该间隙与第一进气道连通;
所述雾化片与连接电极之间电连接。
上述方案中,隔热管可以隔热,防止雾化片产生的热量经过气管传递到外壳。
进一步的,所述隔热管下端与雾化棉中空腔的底部之间第二间隙的间距为0.2mm~0.7mm。隔热管与雾化棉之间的距离很近,使得空气可以被引流,使所有空气能够从这细小的缝隙中低空掠过雾化棉与雾化片接触的面,更充分的雾化,雾化效率更高,产生的烟雾更多。
具体的,所述容置腔由外套管和套接在外套管内腔的内套管组成,所述外套管包括设置于油腔底部,用于密封油腔的中空的密封座、固定于密封座上的竖直管,所述内套管套接于竖直管的内腔,内套管的内腔即为容置腔;
所述密封座的中空腔中设有雾化片固定座,雾化片固定于雾化片固定座上;
所述雾化棉侧壁被夹持固定于内套管外壁和竖直管内壁之间,雾化棉底部与雾化片抵接;所述竖直管下端对应雾化棉侧壁处设有多个过油孔,所述过油孔与油腔相连通;
带有隔热管的气管从内套管的中空腔中插入直达雾化棉的中空腔。
进一步的,在竖直管的外壁上对应过油孔位置处套接有储油棉,该储油棉位于油腔内并将过油孔封盖住。储油棉的作用在于可以控制烟油传递速率,防止雾化棉吸油过多而产生积油。
为使得雾化棉与雾化片接触更紧密,所述内套管内腔下部套接有弹簧,该弹簧下端与雾化棉底部内表面抵接,带有隔热管的气管从内套管的中空腔中插入,并插入弹簧的中心孔中。
进一步的,所述气管与隔热管的连接处设有滤网。该滤网用于阻挡雾化片在工作时烟油飞溅或大颗粒烟雾被吸入用户口中。
进一步的,所述雾化片下表面与连接电极之间设有隔热片。隔热片可以避免雾化片的热量从下方传递到连接电极以及外壳。
优选的,所述雾化片为实心压电陶瓷片。
优选的,所述隔热管的内腔为圆锥形,其上端口径小于下端口径。这种喇叭形状的设计,使得出口烟雾压力更大,更利于烟雾的混合。
相应的,本实用新型还提供一种电子烟,包括外部电源,还包括上述方案所述的雾化器,所述外部电源与雾化器的连接电极连接。
本实用新型的显著效果是:
1.隔热管的设计,可防止雾化片产生的热量经过气管传递到外壳。其次隔热管与雾化棉之间的距离很近,使得空气可以被引流,使所有空气能够低空掠过雾化棉与雾化片接触的面,更充分的雾化,雾化效率更高,产生的烟雾更多。这样也避免了部分冷空气直接从气管流走而与烟雾混合后降低烟雾温度,避免了烟雾温度低影响口感的现象。
2.储油棉可以储油,从而控制烟油传递速率,防止雾化棉吸油过多而积油。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1~4所示,一种雾化器,包括壳体1、位于壳体1上部的进气口2、安装在壳体1顶部的吸嘴组件3、设置于壳体1内的油腔4及雾化片5、可将油腔4中的烟油导入雾化片5表面的导油装置、安装在壳体1底部的连接电极6。
所述壳体1内设有与吸嘴组件3连通的出气通道,所述出气通道包括设置于壳体内腔的气管12,所述油腔4中间设有隔油腔19,隔油腔19内设有容置腔,所述气管12设置于容置腔内,且气管12外壁与容置腔内壁之间留有第一间隙,该第一间隙与进气口2连通,形成第一进气道9。
所述容置腔由外套管11和套接在外套管11内腔的内套管16组成,所述外套管11包括设置于油腔4底部,用于密封油腔4的中空的密封座111、固定于密封座111上的竖直管112。所述内套管16套接于竖直管112的内腔,内套管16的内腔即为容置腔。所述密封座111的中空腔中设有雾化片固定座18,雾化片5固定于雾化片固定座18上。
所述内套管16外壁和竖直管112内壁之间夹持固定有雾化棉7,该雾化棉7为中空柱状结构。雾化棉7底部与雾化片5抵接。所述竖直管112下端对应雾化棉7侧壁处设有多个过油孔113。所述过油孔113与油腔4相连通。
在竖直管112的外壁上对应过油孔113位置处套接有储油棉13,该储油棉13位于油腔4内并将过油孔113封盖住。所述内套管16内腔下部套接有弹簧8,该弹簧8下端与雾化棉7底部内表面抵接。
所述气管12下端套接有隔热管10,气管12与隔热管10的连接处设有滤网15。气管12上端与吸嘴组件3相连通,带有隔热管10的气管12从内套管16的中空腔中插入,并插入弹簧8的中心孔中。隔热管10下端与雾化棉7中空腔的底部之间留有0.2mm~0.7mm的间隙。
所述雾化片5与连接电极6之间电连接。雾化片5下表面与连接电极6之间设有隔热片17。所述雾化片5优选为实心压电陶瓷片。
本实施例还提供一种电子烟,包括外部电源,还包括上述方案所述的雾化器,所述外部电源与雾化器的连接电极6连接。
空气从进气口2进入,流经第一进气道9,并从第二间隙处到达雾化表面,雾化后从隔热管10进入气管12,最终到达吸嘴组件3中。
实施例2
如图5所示,重复实施例1,所不同的是:所述隔热管10的内腔为圆锥形,其上端口径小于下端口径。
Claims (10)
1.一种雾化器,包括壳体(1)、位于壳体(1)上部的进气口(2)、安装在壳体(1)顶部的吸嘴组件(3)、设置于壳体(1)内的油腔(4)及雾化片(5)、可将油腔(4)中的烟油导入雾化片(5)表面的导油装置、安装在壳体(1)底部的连接电极(6),其特征在于:所述壳体(1)内设有与吸嘴组件(3)连通的出气通道,所述出气通道包括设置于壳体内腔的气管(12),所述油腔(4)中间设有隔油腔(19),隔油腔(19)内设有容置腔,所述气管(12)设置于容置腔内,且气管(12)外壁与容置腔内壁之间留有第一间隙,该第一间隙与进气口(2)连通,形成第一进气道(9);
所述导油装置包括固定于容置腔内且可将烟油导入雾化片(5),且与雾化片(5)的雾化表面抵接的雾化棉(7),该雾化棉(7)为中空柱状结构;
所述气管(12)下端套接有隔热管(10),该气管(12)上端与吸嘴组件(3)相连通,下端插入雾化棉(7)的中空腔中,且隔热管(10)下端与雾化棉(7)中空腔的底部之间留有第二间隙,该第二间隙与第一进气道(9)连通;
所述雾化片(5)与连接电极(6)之间电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述隔热管(10)下端与雾化棉(7)中空腔的底部之间第二间隙的间距为0.2mm~0.7mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述容置腔由外套管(11)和套接在外套管(11)内腔的内套管(16)组成,所述外套管(11)包括设置于油腔(4)底部,用于密封油腔(4)的中空的密封座(111)、固定于密封座(111)上的竖直管(112),所述内套管(16)套接于竖直管(112)的内腔,内套管(16)的内腔即为容置腔;
所述密封座(111)的中空腔中设有雾化片固定座(18),雾化片(5)固定于雾化片固定座(18)上;
所述雾化棉(7)侧壁被夹持固定于内套管(16)外壁和竖直管(112)内壁之间,雾化棉(7)底部与雾化片(5)抵接;所述竖直管(112)下端对应雾化棉(7)侧壁处设有多个过油孔(113),所述过油孔(113)与油腔(4)相连通;
带有隔热管(10)的气管(12)从内套管(16)的中空腔中插入直达雾化棉(7)的中空腔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:在竖直管(112)的外壁上对应过油孔(113)位置处套接有储油棉(13),该储油棉(13)位于油腔(4)内并将过油孔(113)封盖住。
5.根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述内套管(16)内腔下部套接有弹簧(8),该弹簧(8)下端与雾化棉(7)底部内表面抵接,带有隔热管(10)的气管(12)从内套管(16)的中空腔中插入,并插入弹簧(8)的中心孔中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述气管(12)与隔热管(10)的连接处设有滤网(15)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化片(5)下表面与连接电极(6)之间设有隔热片(17)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化片(5)为实心压电陶瓷片。
9.根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述隔热管(10)的内腔为圆锥形,其上端口径小于下端口径。
10.一种电子烟,包括外部电源,其特征在于:还包括上述权利要求1~9任一项所述的雾化器,所述外部电源与雾化器的连接电极(6)连接。
