도 2는, 도 1에 도시하는 II-II선을 따른 차량의 부분 단면도이다.
도 3은, 도 2에 있어서의 축전 스택 주변의 구조를 확대하여 도시하는 확대도이다.
도 4는, 실시 형태에 관한 축전 장치의 탑재 구조를 구비한 차량이 후방 충돌된 경우에, 수용 케이스의 후방측이 변형되는 모습을 도시하는 도면이다.
Claims (5)
- 상면 및 하면을 갖는 축전 스택 및 당해 축전 스택을 수용하는 수용 케이스를 포함하는 축전 장치와,
차량의 바닥면을 형성하고, 상기 축전 장치가 고정되는 플로어 부재와,
상기 축전 장치의 후방부측을 상기 플로어 부재에 고정하기 위한 후방측 브래킷을 구비하고,
상기 수용 케이스는, 후방을 향하는 후방벽부를 갖고 상기 축전 스택의 상기 하면측이 고정되는 하부 케이스와, 상기 축전 스택의 상기 상면측을 덮도록 상기 하부 케이스에 고정되는 상부 케이스를 포함하고,
상기 플로어 부재에는, 상기 후방벽부의 후방측에 있어서, 상기 후방측 브래킷을 설치하기 위한 설치부가 마련되어 있고,
상기 후방측 브래킷은, 상기 후방벽부에 고정되는 전단부와, 상기 설치부에 설치되는 후단부를 포함하고,
상기 축전 스택은, 상기 후방벽부와의 사이에 간극이 형성되도록 상기 수용 케이스 내에 배치되어 있고,
상기 후방측 브래킷의 상기 전단부는, 상하 방향에 있어서 상기 축전 스택의 상기 상면과 상기 하면 사이에 위치하도록 상기 후방벽부에 고정되어 있는, 축전 장치의 탑재 구조. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후방벽부는, 상하 방향에 있어서 상기 축전 스택의 상기 상면보다도 낮은 위치에 상단을 갖고,
상기 후방측 브래킷의 상기 전단부는, 상기 후방벽부의 상기 상단보다도 낮은 위치에서 상기 후방벽부에 고정되어 있는, 축전 장치의 탑재 구조. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 축전 스택은, 후방을 향하는 후방면을 갖고,
상기 축전 스택의 상기 후방면에는, 후방측을 향해 돌출되는 단자부가 마련되어 있고,
상기 후방벽부의 상기 상단은, 상기 단자부보다도 낮은 위치에 위치하는, 축전 장치의 탑재 구조. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 상부 케이스는, 상기 단자부보다도 낮은 위치에 위치하는 하단부를 갖고 또한 후방측으로부터 상기 후방면에 대향하는 벽부를 포함하고,
상기 벽부는, 상기 단자부의 후방측에 있어서, 상기 하단부보다도 후방측으로 팽출되는 팽출부를 갖는, 축전 장치의 탑재 구조. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 후방측 브래킷의 상기 전단부는, 상기 후방벽부에 용착되어 있는, 축전 장치의 탑재 구조.
