Claims (12)
- 단위전지들이 적층되어 있는 전지모듈의 내부에 냉매의 유동을 위한 유로가 형성될 수 있도록 전지모듈의 적어도 일면에 장착되는 하우징 부재로서,단위전지들의 전극단자들 상호간의 전기적 연결 또는 상기 전극단자와 외부기기와의 전기적 연결을 위한 단자 연결부재가 상기 하우징 부재와 일체로 형성되어 있고,상기 단자 연결부재는, 상단면이 개방되어 있는 중공형의 전기 절연성 본체, 및 상기 본체의 개방 상단면에 결합되는 전기 절연성 덮개로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 본체의 하단면에는 판상의 도전성 버스 바가 장착되어 있고, 상기 본체의 하단부 및 버스 바에는 연통하여 둘 또는 그 이상의 단자 삽입구가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 본체의 측면부에는 필요에 따라 외부 연결부재를 전극단자에 추가적으로 연결할 수 있는 연결부재 삽입구가 형성되어 있는 구조로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈용 하우징 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단위전지들은 하나 또는 둘 이상의 조합으로 카트리지에 내장되어 적층되어 있고, 상기 카트리지의 양단부에 전극단자들이 돌출되어 있으며, 상기 카트리지들을 적층한 상태에서 전극단자들이 배열된 전지모듈의 측면에 상기 하우징 부재가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하우징 부재.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 둘 또는 그 이상의 단위전지들을 내장하고 있는 카트리지들을 적층하여 구성된 전지모듈에서, 단위전지들은 하나의 카트리지에 내장되는 수에 따라 다수의 열(row)을 형성하고, 그러한 열 상의 전지군 별로 냉매 유로가 형성될 수 있도록 하우징 부재에 구획부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하우징 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징 부재는 그 자체가 전기 절연성 소재로 되어 있거나 또는 전기 절연성 물질로 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하우징 부재.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징 부재와 전기적 연결부재는 플라스틱 수지를 한번에 사출성형하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하우징 부재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 2 항 및 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 하우징 부재가 장착된 중대형 전지모듈.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 단위전지들이 하나 또는 둘 이상의 조합으로 카트리지에 내장되어 있고, 상기 카트리지들이 다수 개 적층되어 구성되며, 적층된 카트리지들 사이에 냉매의 유로가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중대형 전지모듈.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 냉매는 공기인 것을 특징으로 하는 중대형 전지모 듈.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 냉매의 유입부와 배출부가 전지모듈의 동일한 면에 위치하고, 상기 유입부와 배출부 간의 냉매 유로는 유입부를 통해 유입된 냉매가 각각 특정한 전지군을 냉각시킨 후 배출부를 통해 배출될 수 있도록 냉매 유로가 분할되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중대형 전지모듈.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 단위전지들이 하나 또는 둘 이상의 조합으로 카트리지에 내장되어 있고, 제 1 카트리지에 인접한 제 2 카트리지의 전극단자가 제 1 카트리지의 전극단자에 대해 180 도로 배향되고 제 2 카트리지에 인접한 제 3 카트리지의 전극단자가 제 1 카트리지와 동일하게 배향되는 교번 배향 방식으로 다수의 카트리지들이 적층되어 있으며, 제 1 카트리지의 전극단자는 제 3 카트리지의 전극단자와 전기적으로 연결되어 있고 제 2 카트리지의 전극단자는 제 4 카트리지의 전극단자와 전기적으로 연결되어 있으며, 마지막 카트리지의 전극단자는 인접한 카트리지의 전극단자와 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중대형 전지모듈.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전지모듈은 전기자동차 또는 하이브리드 전기자동차에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중대형 전지모듈.
