Abstract
본 발명의 해결수단은, 일반식 (A): LizNi1-x-yCoxMyO2(단, 0.10≤x≤0.20, 0≤y≤0.10, 0.97≤z≤1.20, M은 Mn, V, Mg, Mo, Nb, Ti 및 Al로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소)로 표시되는 리튬니켈 복합 산화물을 포함하는 분말에 물을 첨가하여 500g/L 내지 2000g/L의 슬러리를 형성하고, 그 슬러리를 교반함으로써 수세하고, 여과한 후, 산소 농도가 80용량% 이상인 산소 분위기 하에서, 120℃ 이상 550℃ 이하의 온도에서 열처리하는 것이다.
