Claims (15)
- 폴리올레핀 - 폴리디오르가노실록산 블록 공중합체로서, 단위 화학식:
을 포함하며, 상기 식에서 각각의 RL은 독립적으로 선택된 2가 히드로카르빌기이고, 각각의 R1은 독립적으로 선택된 1가 히드로카르빌기이고, 각각의 R3은 수소 원자 및 말단 지방족 불포화가 없는 1가 히드로카르빌기로부터 독립적으로 선택되고, 각각의 R5는 독립적으로 선택된 수소 말단화된 폴리올레핀계 블록이고, 각각의 R6은 독립적으로 선택된 2가 폴리올레핀계 블록이고, 각각의 R10은 R3 및 알콕시실릴 작용성 히드로카르빌렌 함유기로부터 독립적으로 선택되고, 각각의 아래첨자 a는 독립적으로 1 또는 2이고, 각각의 아래첨자 b는 독립적으로 0 또는 양수이고; 아래첨자 w는 0 내지 2이고, 아래첨자 x는 0 또는 양수이고, 아래첨자 y는 0 또는 양수이고, 아래첨자 z는 0 내지 2이고, 수량 (w + y) ≥ 1이고, 수량 (x + z) ≥ 1이며, 단, 아래첨자 w = 0인 경우, 아래첨자 z는 0 초과이며, 아래첨자 z = 0인 경우, 아래첨자 w > 0인, 폴리올레핀 - 폴리디오르가노실록산 블록 공중합체. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(i) 각각의 R5는 단위 화학식 H[(CH2CH2)t(CHR7CH2)u]g를 가지고,
(ii) 각각의 R6은 단위 화학식 [(CH2CH2)t(CHR7CH2)u]g를 가지며; 또는
(iii) (i) 및 (ii) 양쪽 모두이며, 상기 식에서 아래첨자 t 및 u는 0 < t ≤ 1, 0 ≤ u ≤ 1이 되도록 상대적인 값을 가지고, 아래첨자 g ≥ 1이며, 각각의 R7은 1 내지 20개의 탄소 원자의 독립적으로 선택된 1가 히드록카르빌기인, 공중합체. - 제7항에 있어서, 각각의 R7은 헥실기인, 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 R1은 메틸이고, 각각의 R3은 메틸이며, 그리고 각각의 RL은 -C2H4- 및 -C3H6-으로부터 선택되는, 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R10의 적어도 하나의 경우는 ;

(R3 2SiO2/2)E(R3RLSiO2/2)F 로부터 선택된 화학식을 갖는 알콕시실릴 작용성 히드로카르빌렌 함유기를 나타내며, 상기 식에서 RD는 독립적으로 2 내지 18개의 탄소 원자의 2가 히드로카르빌기이고, 각각의 아래첨자 aa는 독립적으로 0, 1 또는 2이고, 대안적으로 0 또는 1이고; 아래첨자 D는 0 내지 20이고, 대안적으로 1 내지 10이고; E는 0 이상이고, 아래첨자 F는 1 이상이며, 아래첨자 G는 1 이상이고 4 ≤ (E + F + G) ≤ 50인, 공중합체. - 폴리올레핀 - 폴리디오르가노실록산 블록 공중합체의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 방법은:
선택적으로 예비-1) 하기 단계를 포함하는 공정에 의해 분자 당 1 내지 2개의 말단 실릴기를 갖는 실릴 말단화된 폴리올레핀으로서, 상기 말단 실릴기는 화학식 을 가지며, 상기 식에서 각각의 R1은 독립적으로 선택된 1가 히드로카르빌기이며 각각의 아래첨자 a는 독립적으로 1 또는 2인, 실릴 말단화된 폴리올레핀을 제조하는 단계
i) 출발 물질로서,
a) 폴리머릴-금속,
선택적으로 b) 질소 함유 헤테로사이클, 및
c) 할로실란, 및
선택적으로 d) 용매;를 포함하는 출발 물질을 조합하여 상기 실릴-말단화된 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 생성물을 형성하는 단계;
선택적으로 ii) 상기 생성물을 물로 세척하여, 출발 물질 b)를 포함하는 원하지 않는 물질을 제거하는 단계; 및
선택적으로 iii) 상기 실릴 말단화된 폴리올레핀을 회수하는 단계; 및
1) 출발 물질로서,
A) 상기 실릴 말단화된 폴리올레핀;
B) 히드로실릴화 반응을 거칠 수 있는 1 내지 2개의 말단, 규소 결합된, 말단 지방족 불포화 유기기를 갖는 실질적으로 선형, 대안적으로 선형인 폴리디오르가노실록산;
C) 히드로실릴화 반응용 촉매;
선택적으로 D) 용매;
선택적으로 E) 히드로실릴화 반응 저해제; 및
선택적으로 F) 적어도 하나의 규소 결합된 수소 원자를 갖는 알콕시실릴-작용성 오르가노규소 화합물을 포함하는 출발 물질을 조합하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조건 A) 내지 D) 중 어느 하나가 충족되는, 방법:
조건 A)는 상기 실릴 말단화된 폴리올레핀이 분자 당 하나의 말단 실릴기를 가지는 것이고,
조건 B)는 상기 실릴 말단화된 폴리올레핀이 분자 당 2개의 말단 실릴기를 가지는 것이고,
조건 C)는 상기 폴리오르가노실록산이 분자 당 말단 지방족 불포화를 갖는 하나의 말단 유기기를 가지는 것이며, 그리고
조건 D)는 상기 폴리오르가노실록산이 분자 당 말단 지방족 불포화를 갖는 2개의 말단 유기기를 가지는 것임. - 제14항에 있어서, 조건 E) 내지 I) 중 하나가 충족되는, 방법
조건 E)는 조건 A) 및 조건 C) 양쪽 모두를 의미하고,
조건 F)는 조건 A) 및 조건 D) 양쪽 모두를 의미하고,
조건 G)는 조건 B) 및 조건 C) 양쪽 모두를 의미하고,
조건 H)는 A), B) 및 C)의 3개 모두를 의미하며, 그리고
조건 I)는 B), C) 및 D)의 3개 모두를 의미함.
