Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예 1의 복합전극을 사용하여 제조된 코인셀의 순환전압전류법을 이용한 특성평가 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 비교예 1의 복합전극을 사용하여 제조된 코인셀의 순환전압전류법을 이용한 특성평가 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 비교예 2의 복합전극을 사용하여 제조된 코인셀의 순환전압전류법을 이용한 특성평가 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 5은 본 발명의 실시예 1의 복합전극을 사용하여 제조된 코인셀 600 싸이클 테스트 후의 복합전극에 대한 주사전자현미경 사진을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (16)
- 리튬티탄 산화물 및 메조포러스 탄소를 포함하며,
상기 리튬티탄 산화물은 하기 화학식 1을 만족하는 것인 리튬이차전지용 복합전극.

LixTiyOz
(상기 화학식 1에서, 0.5≤ x ≤5, 1≤ y ≤5 및 2≤ z≤ 12) - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메조포러스 탄소는 비표면적이 800 내지 3000 m2/g인 것인 리튬이차전지용 복합전극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메조포러스 탄소는 메조 기공을 포함하며, 단위 질량당 총 기공의 부피인 총 기공 용적에서, 단위 질량당 메조 기공 부피인 메조 기공 용적이 차지하는 분율이 5 내지 80%인 것인 리튬이차전지용 복합전극. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 메조포러스 탄소는 평균 기공의 크기가 1 내지 20㎚인 것인 리튬이차전지용 복합전극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리튬티탄 산화물은 판형의 나노플레이크 형상을 가지는 것인 리튬이차전지용 복합전극. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 나노플레이크는 면방향 평균 장축길이 및 두께의 비가 20 내지 500인 것인 리튬이차전지용 복합전극. - 제1항에 있어서,
카본 블랙, 흑연 및 그래핀 중에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 전도성 물질을 더 포함하는 것인 리튬이차전지용 복합전극. - 제1항에 있어서,
불소계 고분자, 아크릴계 고분자, 에폭시계 고분자 및 셀룰로오스계 고분자 중에서 선택되는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 바인더를 더 포함하는 것인 리튬이차전지용 복합전극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리튬티탄 산화물 및 메조포러스 탄소의 중량비는 1:0.1 내지 1:10인 것인 리튬이차전지용 복합전극. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 물질은 메조포러스 탄소 100 중량부에 대하여, 1 내지 100 중량부를 포함하는 것인 리튬이차전지용 복합전극. - a) 리튬 전구체 및 티타늄 전구체를 혼합하는 단계;
b) 상기 혼합물로부터 리튬티탄 산화물 분말을 얻는 단계;
c) 상기 얻어진 리튬티탄 산화물을 하소하여 리튬티탄 산화물 나노플레이크를 얻는 단계;
d) 상기 얻어진 리튬티탄 산화물 나노플레이크와 메조포러스 탄소를 포함하는 슬러리를 제조하는 단계; 및
e) 상기 슬러리를 집전체에 코팅하는 단계;를 포함하는 리튬이차전지용 복합전극의 제조방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 c) 단계에서, 상기 하소는 500 내지 1000℃에서 수행되는 것인 리튬이차전지용 복합전극의 제조방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 d) 단계에서, 상기 슬러리는 전도성 물질 및 바인더를 더 포함하는 것인 리튬이차전지용 복합전극의 제조방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계에서 상기 리튬 전구체는 리튬 하이드록사이드, 리튬 하이드록사이드 모노하이드레이트, 리튬 클로라이드, 리튬 아세테이트, 리튬 아세테이트 다이하이드레이트, 리튬 설페이트, 리튬 설페이트 모노하이드레이트, 리튬 포스페이트, 리튬 나이트레이트 및 이들의 염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것인 리튬이차전지용 복합전극의 제조방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계에서 상기 티타늄 전구체는 티타늄(IV) 테트라메톡사이드, 티타늄(IV) 테트라에톡사이드, 티타늄(IV) 테트라프로포사이드, 티타늄(IV) 테트라이소프로포사이드, 티타늄(IV) 테트라부톡사이드, 티타늄(IV) 테트라이소부톡사이드, 티타늄(IV) 테트라펜톡사이드, 티타늄(IV) 테트라이소펜톡사이드 및 이들의 염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것인 리튬이차전지용 복합전극의 제조방법. - 제10항 내지 제14항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 리튬이차전지용 복합전극의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 리튬이차전지용 복합전극을 포함하는 리튬이차전지.
