Claims (29)
- 입자상 흡수제의 흡수 속도의 측정 방법이며,
저면이 프레임으로 둘러싸인 측정 용기의 저면에 입자상 흡수제의 일부 또는 전부가 고정된 상태에서, 저면의 일부분을 평판에 의해 가압하고, 해당 평판에 설치된 주입구로부터 수용액을 투입하여, 해당 투입된 수용액이 해당 입자상 흡수제에 흡수될 때까지의 시간을 측정하는, 입자상 흡수제의 흡수 속도의 측정 방법. - 입자상 흡수제의 흡수 속도의 측정 방법이며,
저면이 프레임으로 둘러싸인 측정 용기의 저면에 입자상 흡수제의 일부 또는 전부가 고정된 상태에서, 저면의 일부분을 평판에 의해 가압하고, 해당 평판에 설치된 주입구로부터 수용액을 투입하여, 해당 투입된 수용액을 해당 입자상 흡수제에 흡수시켜,
상기 수용액의 투입 후, 소정 시간의 경과 후에, 상기 평판을 제거하여, 해당 수용액을 흡수할 수 있는 부재를 상기 입자상 흡수제의 상부에 배치하고, 소정 시간 가압하여, 해당 부재에 흡수된 수용액의 질량을 측정함으로써, 입자상 흡수제로부터의 액의 복귀량을 측정하는, 입자상 흡수제의 흡수 속도의 측정 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저면이 프레임으로 둘러싸인 측정 용기의 상부로부터 본 애스펙트비(종횡비)가 1:1.5 내지 1:10인 측정 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입자상 흡수제가 측정 용기의 저면에 균일하게 살포되어 있는 측정 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입자상 흡수제의 살포량이 측정 용기의 저면의 면적에 대하여 50 내지 1000g/m2인 측정 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수용액의 투입 시의 가압 조건(하중)이 0.2 내지 10.0kPa인 측정 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 평판에 의해 가압되는 부분의 면적이 측정 용기의 바닥 면적의 10 내지 90%인 측정 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수용액의 투입이 복수회 행해지는 측정 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 투입되는 수용액의 합계량이 입자상 흡수제 1g에 대하여 10 내지 60ml인 측정 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 평판과 입자상 흡수제 사이에, 수용액이 통과할 수 있고, 입자상 흡수제가 통과할 수 없는 크기의 공극을 갖는 시트가 배치되는 측정 방법.
- 하기 (1) 내지 (2)의 물성을 갖고 있는 입자상 흡수제;
(1) 원심 분리기 유지 용량(CRC)이 30 내지 50g/g,
(2) 이하의 식으로 표시되는 흡수 성능 지수(API)가 150 이하.
흡수 성능 지수(API)=흡수 시간 1회째[sec]×흡수 시간 2회째[sec]×흡수 시간 3회째[sec]×복귀량[g]/1000. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 흡수 성능 지수(API)가 100 이하인 입자상 흡수제.
- 하기 (1) 내지 (2)의 물성을 갖고 있는 입자상 흡수제;
(1) 원심 분리기 유지 용량(CRC)이 30 내지 50g/g,
(2) 이하의 식으로 표시되는 신흡수 성능 지수(nAPI)가 240 이하.
신흡수 성능 지수(nAPI)=흡수 시간 2회째[sec]×흡수 시간 3회째[sec]×복귀량[g]/10. - 제13항에 있어서, 상기 신흡수 성능 지수(nAPI)가 190 이하인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제11항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 또한 하기 (3) 내지 (5)의 물성을 갖고 있는 입자상 흡수제;
(3) 가압 하 확산 흡수 배율의 10분값(DAP10min)이 12.0g/g 이상,
(4) 겔 투과 속도(GPR)가 25g/min 이상,
(5) 분진 중에 포함되는 흡수성 수지의 양이 입자상 흡수제 전체량에 대하여 300ppm 이하. - 제11항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입자상 흡수제의 표면 장력이 65mN/m 이상인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제11항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기 식 1로 정의되는 DRC 지수가 43 이하인 입자상 흡수제.
DRC 지수=(49-DRC5min)/(D50/1000) …식 1 - 제17항에 있어서, 상기 DRC 지수가 30 이하인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 DRC 지수가 20 이하인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제11항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입자 형상이 부정형 파쇄상인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제11항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡습 유동성(B.R.)이 50질량% 이하인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제11항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열화 가용분이 30질량% 이하인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제11항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가압 하 흡수 배율(AAP)이 18g/g 이상인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제11항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가압 하 흡수 배율(AAP)이 26g/g 이상인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제11항 내지 제24항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기 식으로 정의되는 내부 기포율이 0.5 내지 2.5%인 입자상 흡수제.
내부 기포율[%]={(진밀도[g/cm3]-겉보기 밀도[g/cm3])/진밀도[g/cm3]}×100 - 제11항 내지 제25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부피 비중이 0.57 내지 0.75[g/cm3]인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제11항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가압 하 확산 흡수 배율의 10분값(DAP10min)이 18.0g/g 이상인 입자상 흡수제.
- 제11항 내지 제27항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 입자상 흡수제를 포함하는 흡수체.
- 제28항에 기재된 흡수체를 포함하는 흡수성 물품.
