Claims (29)
- 입자상 흡수제의 흡수 속도의 측정 방법이며,
저면이 프레임으로 둘러싸인 측정 용기의 저면에 입자상 흡수제의 일부 또는 전부가 고정되어 있으며, 상기 입자상 흡수제가 측정 용기의 저면에 균일하게 살포되어 있으며, 상기 입자상 흡수제의 살포량이 측정 용기의 저면의 면적에 대하여 100 내지 600g/m2인 상태에서, 저면의 일부분을 평판에 의해 가압하고, 해당 평판에 설치된 주입구로부터 수용액을 투입하여, 해당 투입된 수용액이 해당 입자상 흡수제에 흡수될 때까지의 시간을 측정하고,
상기 수용액의 투입이 복수회 행해지고,
상기 투입되는 수용액의 합계량이 입자상 흡수제 1g에 대하여 10 내지 60ml이고,
상기 복수회의 수용액의 투입을, 수용액을 투입하고 투입된 수용액이 입자상 흡수제에 흡수된 것을 확인한 후 차회의 수용액을 투입하는 방법으로 실시하고,
상기 복수회의 수용액의 투입 각각에 있어서, 투입된 수용액이 입자상 흡수제에 흡수될 때까지의 시간을 측정하고,
상기 저면이 프레임으로 둘러싸인 측정 용기의 상부로부터 본 애스펙트비(종횡비)가 1:1.5 내지 1:10이고,
상기 수용액의 온도가 20 내지 40℃이고,
상기 수용액의 도전율이 13 내지 20mS/cm이고,
상기 수용액의 투입 속도가 5 내지 10ml/sec인, 입자상 흡수제의 흡수 속도의 측정 방법. - 입자상 흡수제의 흡수 속도의 측정 방법이며,
저면이 프레임으로 둘러싸인 측정 용기의 저면에 입자상 흡수제의 일부 또는 전부가 고정되어 있으며, 상기 입자상 흡수제가 측정 용기의 저면에 균일하게 살포되어 있으며, 상기 입자상 흡수제의 살포량이 측정 용기의 저면의 면적에 대하여 100 내지 600g/m2인 상태에서, 저면의 일부분을 평판에 의해 가압하고, 해당 평판에 설치된 주입구로부터 수용액을 투입하여, 해당 투입된 수용액을 해당 입자상 흡수제에 흡수시키고,
상기 수용액의 투입 후, 소정 시간의 경과 후에, 상기 평판을 제거하여, 해당 수용액을 흡수할 수 있는 부재를 상기 입자상 흡수제의 상부에 배치하고, 3 내지 50초간 가압하여, 해당 부재에 흡수된 수용액의 질량을 측정함으로써, 입자상 흡수제로부터의 액의 복귀량을 측정하고,
상기 수용액의 투입이 복수회 행해지고,
상기 투입되는 수용액의 합계량이 입자상 흡수제 1g에 대하여 10 내지 60ml이고,
상기 복수회의 수용액의 투입을, 수용액을 투입하고 투입된 수용액이 입자상 흡수제에 흡수된 것을 확인한 후 차회의 수용액을 투입하는 방법으로 실시하고,
상기 복수회의 수용액의 투입 각각에 있어서, 투입된 수용액이 입자상 흡수제에 흡수될 때까지의 시간을 측정하고,
상기 저면이 프레임으로 둘러싸인 측정 용기의 상부로부터 본 애스펙트비(종횡비)가 1:1.5 내지 1:10이고,
상기 수용액의 온도가 20 내지 40℃이고,
상기 수용액의 도전율이 13 내지 20mS/cm이고,
상기 수용액의 투입 속도가 5 내지 10ml/sec인, 입자상 흡수제의 흡수 속도의 측정 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수용액의 투입 시의 가압 조건(하중)이 0.2 내지 10.0kPa인 측정 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 평판에 의해 가압되는 부분의 면적이 측정 용기의 바닥 면적의 10 내지 90%인 측정 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 평판과 입자상 흡수제 사이에, 수용액이 통과할 수 있고, 입자상 흡수제가 통과할 수 없는 크기의 공극을 갖는 시트가 배치되는 측정 방법.
