Claims (28)
- 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,
a) 산기들을 가지고 부분적으로 중화되거나 전체가 중화될 수도 있는 에틸렌 불포화된 모노머,
b) 개시제, 및
c) 물을 포함하는 모노머 용액을 중합함으로써 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들을 형성하는 단계,
표면 후가교결합제로 상기 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들을 코팅하는 단계, 및
코팅된 상기 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들을 열적 표면 후가교결합하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 표면 후가교결합제로 코팅하는 단계 전 상기 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들 중 잔류 모노머들의 함량은 0.1 ~ 10 중량% 의 범위에 있고,
상기 열적 표면 후가교결합하는 단계 중 온도는 100 ~ 170 ℃ 의 범위에 있는, 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들을 제조하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 모노머 용액은 가교결합제를 포함하는, 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들을 제조하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 표면 후가교결합제는 알킬렌 카보네이트들, 1,3-옥사졸리딘-2-온들, 비스- 및 폴리-1,3-옥사졸리딘-2-온들, 비스- 및 폴리-1,3-옥사졸리딘들, 2-옥소테트라하이드로-1,3-옥사진들, N-아실-1,3-옥사졸리딘-2-온들, 시클릭 우레아들, 이환 아미드 아세탈들, 옥세탄들, 및 모르폴린-2,3-디온들에서 선택되는, 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들을 제조하기 위한 방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 산기들을 가지는 상기 에틸렌 불포화된 모노머는 에틸렌 불포화된 카르복실산인, 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들을 제조하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 산기들을 가지는 상기 에틸렌 불포화된 모노머는 아크릴산인, 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들을 제조하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열적 표면 후가교결합하는 단계 전 상기 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들의 수분 함량은 3 ~ 10 중량% 의 범위에 있는, 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들을 제조하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표면 후가교결합제로 코팅하는 단계 전 상기 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들 중 잔류 모노머들의 함량은 0.25 ~ 2.5 중량% 의 범위에 있는, 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들을 제조하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표면 후가교결합제는 에틸렌 카보네이트, 3-메틸-1,3-옥사졸리딘-2-온, 3-메틸-3-옥세탄메탄올, 1,3-옥사졸리딘-2-온, 3-(2-하이드록시에틸)-1,3-옥사졸리딘-2-온, 1,3-디옥산-2-온, 또는 그것의 혼합물인, 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들을 제조하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열적 표면 후가교결합하는 단계 중 온도는 140 ~ 160 ℃ 의 범위에 있는, 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들을 제조하기 위한 방법. - 제 1 항에 따라 획득가능한 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 입자들은 49.2 g/cm2 의 하중 하에서 15 ~ 50 g/g 의 흡수를 가지고 원심분리 보유 용량과 49.2 g/cm2 의 하중 하에서 흡수의 합계는 60 ~ 120 g/g 인, 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들. - 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들로서,
35 ~ 75 g/g 의 원심분리 보유 용량, 49.2 g/cm2 의 하중 하에서 20 ~ 50 g/g 의 흡수, 10 중량% 미만의 추출가능한 성분들의 레벨, 20 ~ 40% 의 공극률을 가지는, 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 입자들은 40 ~ 55 g/g 의 원심분리 보유 용량을 가지는, 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 입자들은 49.2 g/cm2 의 하중 하에서 25 ~ 35 g/g 의 흡수를 가지는, 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 입자들은 25 ~ 30% 의 공극률을 가지는, 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들. - 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들로서,

의 총 액체 흡수량 (uptake) 을 가지고,

상기 폴리머 입자들은 200 ~ 550 ㎛ 의 평균 입경을 가지는, 표면 후가교결합된 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들. - 유체 흡수성 물품으로서,
(A) 상부 액체 침투층,
(B) 하부 액체 불침투층, 및
(C) 상기 상부 액체 침투층 (A) 과 상기 하부 액체 불침투층 (B) 사이의 유체 흡수성 코어로서, 5 ~ 90 중량% 의 섬유상 재료, 및 10 ~ 95 중량% 의 제 17 항 내지 제 26 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들을 포함하는, 상기 유체 흡수성 코어를 포함하는, 유체 흡수성 물품. - 유체 흡수성 물품으로서,
흡수성 코어에, 제 17 항 내지 제 26 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 물 흡수성 폴리머 입자들, 15 중량% 미만의 섬유상 재료 및/또는 접착제들을 포함하는, 유체 흡수성 물품.
