Claims (12)
- 열가소성 수지와 일방향으로 배열된 강화 섬유의 다발을 포함하는 섬유 강화 수지 재료로서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 반응형 수지이고,
상기 섬유 강화 수지 재료의 두께가 0.15mm 이상이고,
상기 강화 섬유 다발의 내부에까지 상기 열가소성 수지가 침투하고 있는, 섬유 강화 수지 재료. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지가 에폭시 수지인, 섬유 강화 수지 재료. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 강화 섬유가 탄소 섬유인, 섬유 강화 수지 재료. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 섬유 강화 수지 재료의 섬유축 방향의 길이가 5~500㎜인, 섬유 강화 수지 재료. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 섬유 강화 수지 재료의 두께가 0.3㎜ 이상인, 섬유 강화 수지 재료. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 강화 섬유의 다발을 구성하는 강화 섬유의 단섬유의 개수가 1000개 이상인, 섬유 강화 수지 재료. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
섬유 체적 함유율(Vf값)이 20~80%인, 섬유 강화 수지 재료. - 청구항 1에 기재된 섬유 강화 수지 재료를 이용하여 얻어진 섬유 강화 수지 성형체.
- 청구항 1에 기재된 섬유 강화 수지 재료를 가열 및 가압하여 성형하여 이루어지는 섬유 강화 수지 성형체.
- 청구항 8 또는 청구항 9에 있어서,
섬유 체적 함유율(Vf값)이 20~80%인, 섬유 강화 수지 성형체.
- 강화 섬유의 다발에, 반응형의 열가소성 수지 및 상기 열가소성 수지를 용해 및/또는 분산하기 위한 용제를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 용액을 부여한 후, 건조 및/또는 열처리를 행하는 섬유 강화 수지 재료의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 섬유 강화 수지 재료의 두께가 0.15mm 이상이고,
상기 강화 섬유 다발의 내부에까지 상기 열가소성 수지가 침투하고 있는, 섬유 강화 수지 재료의 제조 방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 에폭시 수지는 반응 후에는 페녹시 수지인, 섬유 강화 수지 재료.
