도 2는 본 출원에 따른 디스플레이 장치를 나타내는 개략적인 구조도이다.
도 3은 본 출원에 따른 디스플레이 장치 구동 방법을 나타내는 흐름도이다.
Claims (10)
- 디스플레이 장치를 구동하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 디스플레이 장치는 OLED와 드라이버 트랜지스터를 포함하고, 상기 OLED의 양극은 상기 드라이버 트랜지스터의 소스에 연결되는 상기 방법에 있어서,
상기 드라이버 트랜지스터의 드레인을 양의 전원에 연결하는 단계;
상기 OLED의 음극을 음의 전원에 연결하는 단계; 및
상기 양의 전원과 상기 음의 전원 간의 전압차가 7.1V 내지 9.6V 범위에 있도록 하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 장치를 구동하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양의 전원에 의해 제공되는 전압은 고정값을 가지고, 상기 음의 전원에 의해 제공되는 전압은 조정 가능한 값임을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 장치를 구동하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 양의 전원에 의해 제공되는 전압은 4V 내지 5V 범위임을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 장치를 구동하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 음의 전원에 의해 제공되는 전압은 -5V 내지 -2.5V 범위임을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 장치를 구동하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 양의 전원과 상기 음의 전원 간의 전압 차는 8.1V 내지 9.1V 범위에 있도록 설정됨을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 장치를 구동하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 음의 전원에 의해 제공되는 전압은 -4.5V 내지 -3.5V 범위임을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 장치를 구동하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양의 전원에 의해 제공되는 전압은 조정 가능한 값이고, 상기 음의 전원에 의해 제공되는 전압은 고정값을 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 장치를 구동하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 드라이버 트랜지스터의 드레인-소스 전압은 다음과 같고,
Vds=양의 전원의 전압-음의 전원의 전압-Voled
여기서, Vds는 상기 드라이버 트랜지스터의 드레인-소스 전압이고, Voled는 상기 OLED의 두 단자 사이의 전압임을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 장치를 구동하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이 장치는 커패시터를 더 포함하고, 상기 드라이버 트랜지스터의 게이트는 상기 커패시터를 통해 상기 양의 전원에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 장치를 구동하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이 장치는 2T1C 구조 또는 4T1C 구조 또는 6T1C 구조 또는 7T1C 구조를 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 디스플레이 장치를 구동하는 방법.
