Claims (8)
- 발광부 및 복수의 트랜지스터를 포함하는 화소가 행렬형상으로 2차원 배치되고, 복수의 트랜지스터의 게이트 배선이 화소 배열의 행방향에 따라 형성되어 있고,
복수의 트랜지스터 중, 발광부의 애노드 전극에 접속된 스위칭 트랜지스터의 게이트 배선은, 다른 트랜지스터의 게이트 배선과 다른 배선층에 형성되어 있는, 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
스위칭 트랜지스터는, 발광부의 애노드 전극의 전위를 제어함에 의해 발광부를 비발광 상태로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
스위칭 트랜지스터의 게이트 배선의 상층 또는 하층에는, 고정 전위의 전원 배선이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
다른 트랜지스터는, 발광부를 구동하는 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극에 대해, 영상 신호를 기록하는 기록 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
화소에서는, 스위칭 트랜지스터가 도통 상태가 되는 발광부의 비발광 기간에, 구동 트랜지스터의 특성의 편차를 보정하기 위한 처리가 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
화소가 2차원 배치되는 기판은, 반도체 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
발광부는, 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 소자로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치. - 발광부 및 복수의 트랜지스터를 포함하는 화소가 행렬형상으로 2차원 배치되고, 복수의 트랜지스터의 게이트 배선이 화소 배열의 행방향에 따라 형성되어 있고,
복수의 트랜지스터 중, 발광부의 애노드 전극에 접속된 스위칭 트랜지스터의 게이트 배선은, 다른 트랜지스터의 게이트 배선과 다른 배선층에 형성되어 있는 표시 장치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
