Abstract
Description

Claims (26)
- 상이한 미립자 광물 혼합물로부터 몰딩된 합성 슬래브를 형성하는 방법이며,
석영 물질을 주로 포함하는 적어도 제1 및 제2의 착색된 미립자 광물 혼합물을 적어도 제1 및 제2 배분기를 사용하여 단일 슬래브 금형 내로 순차적으로 분배하는 단계로서, 제1 배분기는 제1의 착색된 미립자 광물 혼합물을 슬래브 금형 위에 위치설정된 제1 스텐실을 통해 그리고 제1 스텐실 패턴에 따라 슬래브 금형 내로 배출하며, 제2 배분기는, 제2의 착색된 미립자 광물 혼합물이 제1의 착색된 미립자 광물 혼합물로 점유되지 않은 슬래브 금형의 구역 내에 퇴적되도록, 제2의 착색된 미립자 광물 혼합물을 슬래브 금형 위에 위치설정된 제2 스텐실을 통해 그리고 제2 스텐실 패턴에 따라 슬래브 금형 내로 후속적으로 배출하는, 단계, 및
대체로 직사각형이며 그리고 적어도 3피트의 폭과 적어도 6피트의 길이를 갖는 주요 표면을 갖는 몰딩된 합성 슬래브를 형성하기 위해 슬래브 금형 내에 배열된 착색된 미립자 광물 혼합물을 동시에 진동시키고 압밀하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 제1 및 제2의 착색된 미립자 광물 혼합물을 순차적으로 분배하는 단계는, 석영 물질, 하나 이상의 안료 및 적어도 하나의 결합제를 각각 포함하는 적어도 2개의 상이하게 착색된 광물 혼합물을 분배하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.

- 제3항에 있어서, 제1의 미리 정해진 패턴은 제1의 착색된 돌결을 한정하며, 제2의 미리 정해진 패턴은 슬래브의 제2의 착색된 돌결을 한정하는, 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1의 착색된 돌결의 적어도 일부는 제2의 착색된 돌결의 적어도 일부를 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 슬래브의 주요 표면을 연마하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 슬래브는 적어도 부분적으로 제1의 미리 정해진 패턴과 제2의 미리 정해진 패턴에 따라 배분된 2개의 상이하게 착색된 광물 혼합물로 인해 채석된 석재 슬래브의 외관을 모방하는, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 제1 및 제2의 착색된 미립자 광물 혼합물을 순차적으로 분배하는 단계는, 복수의 상이한 미립자 광물 혼합물의 상보적인 구역을 형성하기 위해 복수의 상이한 미립자 광물 혼합물을 미리 정해진 반복가능한 패턴에 따라 슬래브 금형 내로 퇴적시키는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 따라 형성되는 몰딩된 합성 슬래브.
- 상이한 미립자 광물 혼합물의 조합물을 사용하여 몰딩된 합성 슬래브를 형성하기 위한 시스템이며,
적어도 6피트의 길이에 적어도 3피트의 폭인 금형 공간을 한정하는 슬래브 금형,
개방 공간과 폐색 공간의 상보적 패턴을 한정하는 2개 이상의 스텐실로서, 스텐실의 개방 공간의 누적 영역은 금형 공간에 사실상 대응하는, 2개 이상의 스텐실, 및
대응하는 미립자 광물 혼합물을 스텐실들 중의 대응하는 하나의 스텐실을 통해 슬래브 금형 내로 분배하도록 각각 구성되는 2개 이상의 광물 집합체 배분기를 포함하며,
각각의 스텐실은 배분기 내의 혼합물이 일련의 금형의 각 금형의 선정된 영역에 접근하는 것을 방지하는, 시스템. - 제10항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 스텐실은 개방 공간의 제1 패턴과 폐색 공간의 제1 패턴을 한정하는 제1 스텐실, 및 폐색 공간의 제1 패턴에 대응하는 개방 공간의 제2 패턴과 개방 공간의 제1 패턴에 대응하는 폐색 공간의 제2 패턴을 한정하는 제2 스텐실을 포함하는, 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 광물 집합체 배분기는 적어도 제1 미립자 광물 혼합물을 분배하도록 구성된 제1 광물 집합체 배분기 및 제2 미립자 광물 혼합물을 분배하도록 구성된 제2 광물 집합체 배분기를 포함하며,
제1 미립자 광물 혼합물과 제2 미립자 광물 혼합물은 석영 물질, 하나 이상의 안료 및 적어도 하나의 결합제를 각각 포함하는 2개의 상이하게 착색된 광물 혼합물을 포함하는, 시스템. - 제10항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 스텐실은 적어도 개방 공간과 폐색 공간의 제1의 미리 정해진 패턴 및 개방 공간과 폐색 공간의 제2의 미리 정해진 패턴을 제공하는, 시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서, 제1의 미리 정해진 패턴은 제1의 착색된 돌결을 한정하며, 제2의 미리 정해진 패턴은 적어도 부분적으로 제1의 미리 정해진 패턴과 제2의 미리 정해진 패턴에 따라 2개 이상의 광물 집합체 배분기에 의해 배분된 2개의 상이하게 착색된 광물 혼합물로 인해 채석된 석재 슬래브의 외관을 모방하는 슬래브의 제2의 착색된 돌결을 한정하는, 시스템.
- 제14항에 있어서, 제1의 착색된 돌결의 적어도 일부는 제2의 착색된 돌결의 적어도 일부를 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸는, 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 스텐실과 2개 이상의 광물 집합체 배분기는 복수의 상이한 미립자 광물 혼합물의 상보적인 구역을 형성하기 위해 적어도 2개의 상이하게 착색된 미립자 광물 혼합물을 미리 정해진 반복가능한 패턴에 따라 슬래브 금형 내로 순차적으로 분배하도록 구성되는, 시스템.
- 미립자 광물 혼합물 세트에 의해 형성된 사실상 반복되는 직사각형 주요 표면 외관을 갖는 개별적으로 몰딩된 합성 슬래브 세트이며,
상기 슬래브 세트의 각 슬래브는 개별적으로 몰딩된 합성 슬래브 세트의 각 합성 슬래브를 위한 적어도 2개의 미리 정해진 스텐실 패턴에 따라 배분된 적어도 2개의 상이한 미립자 광물 혼합물을 포함하고,
적어도 2개의 상이한 미립자 광물 혼합물의 제1 혼합물은 적어도 2개의 상이한 미립자 광물 혼합물의 제2 혼합물이 없는 제1 구역에서 각 슬래브의 전체 두께를 점유하고,
적어도 2개의 상이한 미립자 광물 혼합물의 제2 혼합물은 적어도 2개의 상이한 미립자 광물 혼합물의 제1 혼합물이 없는 제2 구역에서 각 슬래브의 전체 두께를 점유하고,
적어도 2개의 상이한 미립자 광물 혼합물은 석영 물질, 하나 이상의 안료 및 하나 이상의 수지 결합제를 각각 포함하며,
각각의 슬래브는 직사각형이며 그리고 적어도 3피트의 폭과 적어도 6피트의 길이를 갖는 주요 표면을 갖는, 개별적으로 몰딩된 합성 슬래브 세트. - 제17항에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 미리 정해진 스텐실 패턴은 적어도 제1의 착색된 돌결을 한정하는 제1의 미리 정해진 패턴, 및 개별적으로 몰딩된 합성 슬래브 세트의 각 합성 슬래브의 제2의 착색된 돌결을 한정하는 제2의 미리 정해진 패턴을 포함하는, 개별적으로 몰딩된 합성 슬래브 세트.
- 제18항에 있어서, 제1의 착색된 돌결의 적어도 일부는 제2의 착색된 돌결의 적어도 일부를 적어도 부분적으로 둘러싸는, 개별적으로 몰딩된 합성 슬래브 세트.
- 제17항에 있어서, 사실상 반복되는 직사각형 주요 표면은 연마되는, 개별적으로 몰딩된 합성 슬래브 세트.
- 제17항에 있어서, 사실상 반복되는 직사각형 주요 표면의 외관은 적어도 부분적으로 적어도 2개의 미리 정해진 스텐실 패턴에 따라 배분된 상이한 미립자 광물 혼합물로 인해 채석된 석재 슬래브의 외관을 모방하는, 개별적으로 몰딩된 합성 슬래브 세트.
- 제17항에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 미리 정해진 스텐실 패턴은 적어도 2개의 상이한 미립자 광물 혼합물의 상보적인 구역을 형성하기 위해 미리 정해진 반복가능한 패턴을 갖는, 개별적으로 몰딩된 합성 슬래브 세트.
- 석영 물질을 포함하는 몰딩된 합성 슬래브이며,
슬래브 두께에 대해 수직으로 연장되고 적어도 2피트의 폭에 적어도 6피트의 길이인 직사각형 형상을 가지며 그리고 미립자 광물 혼합물 세트에 의해 형성되는 주요 표면을 포함하고,
주요 표면은 적어도 제1 스텐실 패턴에 의해 형성된 제1의 착색된 돌결 패턴, 및 제1 스텐실 패턴과 반대형인 제2 스텐실 패턴에 의해 형성된 제2의 착색된 돌결 패턴을 갖고,
제1의 착색된 돌결 패턴은 제1의 착색된 돌결 패턴을 함께 제공하는 일 세트의 제1 구역에서 슬래브 두께를 점유하는 제1 미립자 광물 혼합물을 포함하고,
제2의 착색된 돌결 패턴은 제2의 착색된 돌결 패턴을 함께 제공하는 일 세트의 제2 구역에서 슬래브 두께를 점유하는 제2 미립자 광물 혼합물을 포함하고,
일 세트의 제2 구역에는 제1 미립자 광물 혼합물이 없고 그리고 일 세트의 제1 구역에는 제2 미립자 광물 혼합물이 없으며,
제1 및 제2 미립자 광물 혼합물은 상이하게 착색되며 그리고 석영 물질, 하나 이상의 안료 및 하나 이상의 결합제를 각각 포함하는, 몰딩된 합성 슬래브. - 제23항에 있어서, 제1의 착색된 돌결 패턴의 적어도 일부는 제2의 착색된 돌결 패턴의 적어도 일부를 완전히 둘러싸는, 몰딩된 합성 슬래브.
- 제23항에 있어서, 미립자 광물 혼합물 세트에 의해 형성된 주요 표면은 연마되는, 몰딩된 합성 슬래브.
- 제23항에 있어서, 적어도 제1 스텐실 패턴에 의해 형성된 제1의 착색된 돌결 패턴과 제2 스텐실 패턴에 의해 형성된 제2의 착색된 돌결 패턴을 갖는 주요 표면은 적어도 부분적으로 제1 및 제2 스텐실 패턴에 따라 배분된 상이한 미립자 광물 혼합물로 인해 채석된 석재 슬래브의 외관을 모방하는, 몰딩된 합성 슬래브.
