Claims (11)
- 중실 카본 담체와, 당해 담체에 담지된 백금과 코발트의 합금을 함유하는, 연료 전지용 전극 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 합금에 있어서의 백금과 코발트의 몰비가 4 ∼ 11:1 인, 연료 전지용 전극 촉매. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 합금의 평균 입경이 3.5 ∼ 4.1 ㎚ 인, 연료 전지용 전극 촉매. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
X 선 소각 산란법에 의해 측정한 상기 합금의 분산도가 44 % 이하인, 연료 전지용 전극 촉매. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
70 ∼ 90 ℃ 에서 산 처리되고 있는, 연료 전지용 전극 촉매. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
코발트의 용출량이 115 ppm 이하인, 연료 전지용 전극 촉매. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 연료 전지용 전극 촉매를 함유하는, 연료 전지.
- 중실 카본 담체에 백금과 코발트를 담지하는 담지 공정;및
중실 카본 담체에 담지된 백금과 코발트를 합금화하는 합금화 공정;
을 포함하는, 연료 전지용 전극 촉매의 제조 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
담지 공정에 있어서, 백금과 코발트를 2.5 ∼ 6.9:1 의 몰비로 담지하는, 제조 방법. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
합금화 공정에 있어서, 백금과 코발트를 700 ∼ 900 ℃ 에서 합금화하는, 제조 방법. - 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
중실 카본 담체에 담지된 백금과 코발트의 합금을 70 ∼ 90 ℃ 에서 산 처리하는 산 처리 공정을 추가로 포함하는, 제조 방법.
