Description
Claims (16)
- 건축 재료의 소형 비드를 제어된 방식으로 증착시키는 고체 임의형상 제작 장치를 포함하는, 3차원 물체를 고체 임의형상 제작하기 위한 시스템으로서,
상기 건축 재료가 (a) 폴리이소시아네이트 성분, (b) 폴리올 성분, 및 (c) 임의의 사슬 연장제 성분으로부터 유래된 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 포함하고;
생성된 열가소성 폴리우레탄이 80℃ 초과의 결정화 온도를 지니고;
생성된 열가소성 폴리우레탄이 20℃에서의 이의 전단 저장 탄성률에 비해 100℃에서 이의 전단 저장 탄성률의 20%를 초과하여 유지하는, 시스템. - 물체의 고체 임의형상 제작을 위한 시스템을 운용하는 단계 (I)를 포함하는, 3차원 물체를 제작하는 방법으로서,
상기 시스템이 건축 재료의 소형 비드를 제어된 방식으로 증착시키는 고체 임의형상 제작 장치를 포함하여, 3차원 물체를 형성하고;
상기 건축 재료가 (a) 폴리이소시아네이트 성분, (b) 폴리올 성분, 및 (c) 임의의 사슬 연장제 성분으로부터 유래된 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 포함하고;
생성된 열가소성 폴리우레탄이 80℃ 초과의 결정화 온도를 지니고;
생성된 열가소성 폴리우레탄이 20℃에서의 이의 전단 저장 탄성률에 비해 100℃에서 이의 전단 저장 탄성률의 20%를 초과하여 유지하는, 방법. - 건축 재료의 소형 비드를 제어된 방식으로 증착시키는 고체 임의형상 제작 장치를 포함하는, 물체의 고체 임의형상 제작을 위한 시스템에 의해 제작된 제작 물품으로서,
상기 건축 재료가 (a) 폴리이소시아네이트 성분, (b) 폴리올 성분, 및 (c) 임의의 사슬 연장제 성분으로부터 유래된 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 포함하고;
생성된 열가소성 폴리우레탄이 80℃ 초과의 결정화 온도를 지니고;
생성된 열가소성 폴리우레탄이 20℃에서의 이의 전단 저장 탄성률에 비해 100℃에서 이의 전단 저장 탄성률의 20%를 초과하여 유지하는, 제작 물품. - 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고체 임의형상 제작 장치가 (a) 복수의 분배 헤드; (b) 상기 제작 장치에 복수의 건축 재료를 공급하도록 구성된 건축 재료 공급 장치; 및 (c) 복수의 소정의 운용 모드로부터 선택된 운용 모드에 기초하여, 상기 제작 장치 및 상기 건축 재료 공급 장치를 제어하도록 구성된 제어 유닛을 포함하는 시스템 또는 방법 또는 물품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고체 임의형상 제작 장치가 압출 적층 모델링 장치를 포함하는 시스템 또는 방법 또는 물품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사슬 연장제 대 폴리올의 몰 비가 1.5 초과인 시스템 또는 방법 또는 물품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올이 적어도 900의 수평균 분자량을 갖는 시스템 또는 방법 또는 물품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 성분이 방향족 디이소시아네이트를 포함하는 시스템 또는 방법 또는 물품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 성분이 4,4'-메틸렌비스(페닐 이소시아네이트)를 포함하는 시스템 또는 방법 또는 물품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분이 폴리에테르 폴리올, 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는 시스템 또는 방법 또는 물품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분이 폴리(테트라메틸렌 에테르 글리콜), 폴리부틸렌 아디페이트, 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는 시스템 또는 방법 또는 물품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사슬 연장제 성분이 선형 알킬렌 디올을 포함하는 시스템 또는 방법 또는 물품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사슬 연장제 성분이 1,4-부탄디올을 포함하는 시스템 또는 방법 또는 물품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리우레탄이 하나 이상의 착색제, 항산화제 (페놀, 포스파이트, 티오에스테르, 및/또는 아민 포함), 오존분해 방지제, 안정화제, 불활성 충전제, 윤활제, 억제제, 가수분해 안정화제, 광 안정화제, 방해 아민 광 안정화제, 벤조트리아졸 UV 흡수제, 열 안정화제, 변색을 방지하기 위한 안정화제, 염료, 안료, 무기 및 유기 충전제, 보강제, 또는 이들의 임의의 조합물을 추가로 포함하는 시스템 또는 방법 또는 물품.
