Abstract
Description
Claims (23)
- (a) 방향족 디이소시아네이트, (b) 폴리에스테르 폴리올 성분, 및 (c) 사슬 연장제 성분으로부터 유도된 적층식-제작된(additive-manufactured) 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물을 포함하는 의료 장치 또는 부품으로서,
폴리올 성분에 대한 사슬 연장제 성분의 몰비율은 적어도 2.4인, 의료 장치 또는 부품. - 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분에 대한 사슬 연장제의 몰비율이 2.4 내지 4.7인, 의료 장치 또는 부품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적층식 제작(additive manufacturing)이 융합된 증착 모델링(fused deposition modeling) 또는 선택적 레이저 소결(selective laser sintering)을 포함하는, 의료 장치 또는 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리우레탄이 생체적합성인, 의료 장치 또는 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올이 적어도 2000의 수 평균 분자량을 갖는, 의료 장치 또는 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방향족 디이소시아네이트 성분이 4,4'-메틸렌비스(페닐 이소시아네이트)를 포함하는, 의료 장치 또는 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분이 폴리부틸렌 아디페이트, 1,6-헥산디올 아디페이트, 또는 폴리카프로락톤 및 이들의 조합을 포함하는, 의료 장치 또는 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사슬 연장제 성분이 방향족 글리콜을 포함하는, 의료 장치 또는 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사슬 연장제 성분이 HQEE를 포함하는, 의료 장치 또는 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사슬 연장제 성분이 HQEE 및 DPG를 포함하는, 의료 장치 또는 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사슬 연장제 성분이 HQEE를 포함하며, 폴리올 성분이 폴리카프로락톤을 포함하는, 의료 장치 또는 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사슬 연장제 성분이 HQEE 및 DPG를 포함하며, 폴리올 성분이 폴리카프로락톤을 포함하는, 의료 장치 또는 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사슬 연장제 성분이 HQEE를 포함하며, 폴리올 성분이 HDO/BDO 아디페이트를 포함하는, 의료 장치 또는 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리우레탄이 하나 이상의 착색제, 항산화제(페놀 수지류, 포스파이트, 티오에스테르, 및/또는 아민을 포함함), 오존 분해 방지제, 안정화제, 윤활제, 억제제, 가수분해 안정화제, 광 안정화제, 방해된 아민 광 안정화제, 벤조트리아졸 UV 흡수제, 열 안정화제, 변색을 방지하는 안정화제, 염료, 안료, 보강제, 또는 이들의 임의의 조합을 추가로 포함하는, 의료 장치 또는 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리우레탄이 무기 충전제, 유기 충전제 또는 불활성 충전제를 함유하지 않는, 의료 장치 또는 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 의료 장치 또는 부품이 심박조율기 리드(pacemaker lead), 인공 장기, 인공 심장, 심장 판막, 인공 힘줄, 동맥 또는 정맥, 임플란트, 의료용 백, 의료용 밸브, 의료용 튜브, 약물 전달 장치, 생체흡수성 임플란트, 의료용 프로토타입(medical prototype), 의료용 모델(medical model), 교정 기구(orthotic), 골, 치과 용품, 또는 수술 도구 중 하나 이상을 포함하는, 의료 장치 또는 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 의료 장치 또는 부품이 이식 가능한 또는 이식 가능하지 않은 장치 또는 부품을 포함하는, 의료 장치 또는 부품.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장치 또는 부품이 환자에게 개인화된, 의료 장치 또는 부품.
- (a) 방향족 디이소시아네이트, (b) 폴리에테르 또는 폴리에스테르, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 폴리올 성분, 및 (c) 사슬 연장제 성분으로부터 유도된 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 포함하는, 고체 임의 형상 제작 방법(solid free-form fabrication method)을 이용하여 제조된 의료 장치 또는 부품으로서,
(b)에 대한 (c)의 비율은 2.4 내지 4.7이며,
열가소성 폴리우레탄은 연속 층으로 증착되어 3차원 의료 장치 또는 부품을 형성시키는, 의료 장치 또는 부품. - 3차원 의료 장치 또는 부품을 직접적으로 제작하는 방법으로서,
(I) 물체의 고체 임의 형상 제작을 위한 시스템을 작동시키는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 시스템은 (a) 방향족 디이소시아네이트 성분, (b) 폴리올 성분, 및 (c) HQEE, DPG, 또는 HDO/BDO 아디페이트 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 사슬 연장제 성분으로부터 유도된 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 빌딩 물질(building material)로부터 3차원 의료 장치 또는 부품을 형성시키도록 작동하는 고체 임의 형상 제작 장비를 포함하는 방법. - (a) 방향족 디이소시아네이트, (b) 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리에테르 폴리올 성분, 및 (c) 사슬 연장제 성분으로부터 유도된 선택적으로 증착된 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물을 포함하며,
폴리올 성분에 대한 사슬 연장제 성분의 몰비율은 적어도 2.4인, 직접적으로 형성된 의료 장치 또는 부품. - (a) 방향족 디이소시아네이트, (b) 폴리에스테르 또는 폴리에테르 폴리올 성분, 및 (c) 사슬 연장제 성분으로부터 유도된 선택적으로 증착된 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물을 포함하며,
