Claims (9)
- 구동 시스템을 구비한 차량(1)을 제어하는 차량 제어 방법으로,
구동 시스템이, 썬 휠(10), 링 기어(11) 및 유성 휠 캐리어(12)의 형태로 된 세 개의 컴포넌트를 포함하는 유성 기어 장치를 포함하고,
유성 기어 장치의 제1의 입력축(2a)이 유성 기어 장치의 상기 컴포넌트들 중 제1 컴포넌트(10)에 연결되며, 이에 따라 이 제1의 입력축의 회전에 의해 이 제1 컴포넌트의 회전이 유도되고,
차량의 추진을 위한 토크를 전달하기 위한 유성 기어 장치의 제2의 출력축(3a)은 유성 기어 장치의 상기 컴포넌트들 중 제2 컴포넌트(12)에 연결되며, 이에 따라 이 제2의 출력축의 회전에 의해 이 제2 컴포넌트의 회전이 유도되고,
구동 시스템은 고정자(9a)와 회전자(9b)를 구비하는 제1 전기 기계(9)를 포함하고, 회전자가 유성 기어 장치의 상기 컴포넌트들 중 제3 컴포넌트(11)와 연결되며, 이에 따라 회전자(9b)의 회전에 의해 이 제3 컴포넌트의 회전이 유도되고,
구동 시스템은 또한, 세 개의 컴포넌트가 동일한 회전 속도로 회전하도록 상기 컴포넌트들 중 두 개의 컴포넌트가 함께 잠기는 잠금 위치와 컴포넌트들이 각기 다른 회전 속도로 회전할 수 있게 되는 해제 위치 사이에서 이동될 수 있는 제1 잠금 수단(34)을 포함하는, 차량 제어 방법에 있어서,
구동 시스템이, 고정자(31)와, 유성 기어 장치의 상기 입력축(2a)과 연결되는 회전자(32)를 구비하는 제2 전기 기계와, 적어도 하나의 에너지 저장 수단(20)으로 이 에너지 저장 수단과 제1 전기 기계(9)와 제2 전기 기계(30) 및/또는 제어 가능한 에너지 소비 장치 간의 에너지 교환을 위해 배치된 에너지 저장 수단을 또한 포함하는 차량이 제어되고,
방법은, 제1 잠금 수단(34)이 잠금 위치에 있는 상태로 차량이 구동될 때 차량을 제동하여 정지시키기 위하여,
a) 소망하는 제동 토크를 제1 전기 기계(9)와 제2 전기 기계(34) 사이에서 분배하는 단계, 및
b) 차량이 정지하기 전에, 미리 정해진 속도 하한을 적어도 달성하도록 소망되는 제동 토크에 상응하는 총 토크를 유성 기어 장치의 출력축(3a)에 전달하도록 제1 전기 기계 및 제2 전기 기계를 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
방법이 수행될 때 제2 전기 기계(30)의 회전자(32)와 연결되는 출력축(35)을 구비하는 연소 엔진(2)을 또한 포함하는 구동 시스템을 구비한 차량에 의해 제어가 수행되고,
단계 b)에서, 특정 값의 차량 속도가 충족되지 않을 때, 유성 기어 장치에서 토크 균형이 달성되는 한편 유성 기어 장치의 상기 출력축(3a)으로 전달되는 총 토크가 소망하는 제동 토크에 상응하도록 제1 전기 기계(9) 및 제2 전기 기계(30)가 제어되고,
방법은,
c) 유성 기어 장치에 상기 토크 균형이 이루어질 때, 제1 잠금 수단(34)을 해제 위치로 시프트시키는 단계, 및
d) 연소 엔진의 엔진 속도가 미리 정해진 엔진 속도가 되도록 연소 엔진(2) 및/또는 제2 전기 기계(30)를 제어하는 단계를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
연소 엔진의 출력축(35)이 제2 전기 기계의 회전자(32) 및 상기 제1 컴포넌트(10)와 함께 잠기는 위치와, 연소 엔진의 출력축(35)이 제2 전기 기계의 회전자(32) 및 상기 제1 컴포넌트와 분리되어 이들과 독립적으로 회전할 수 있게 되는 해제 위치 사이에서 이동될 수 있는 제2 잠금 수단(33)을 포함하는 구동 시스템을 구비하는 차량이 제어되고,

유성 기어 장치의 상기 제2의 출력축과 연결된 입력축(3a)을 구비한 기어박스(3)를 구비한 차량에서 방법이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법. - 컴퓨터의 내부 메모리에 직접 다운로드될 수 있는 컴퓨터 프로그램으로, 컴퓨터에서 실행될 때 컴퓨터가 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 단계들을 제어하게 하는 컴퓨터 프로그램 코드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 프로그램.
- 컴퓨터에 의해 판독 가능한 데이터 저장 매체(40)를 포함하는 컴퓨터 프로그램 제품으로, 제7항에 따른 컴퓨터 프로그램의 컴퓨터 프로그램 코드가 데이터 저장 매체 안에 저장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 컴퓨터 프로그램 제품.
- 실행 수단(37), 실행 수단에 연결된 메모리(38) 및 실행 수단에 연결된 데이터 저장 매체(40)를 포함하는 모터 차량용 전자 제어 장치로, 제7항에 따른 컴퓨터 프로그램 내의 컴퓨터 프로그램 코드가 상기 데이터 저장 매체 안에 저장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 차량용 전자 제어 장치.
