Claims (15)
- 구동 시스템을 구비한 차량(1)을 제어하는 차량 제어 방법으로,
구동 시스템이, 차량을 작동시키는 동력을 제공하도록 구성된 파워 유닛 구성부와, 썬 휠(10), 링 기어(11) 및 유성 휠 캐리어(12)의 형태로 된 세 개의 컴포넌트를 포함하는 유성 기어 장치를 포함하고,
유성 기어 장치의 입력축(2a)이 유성 기어 장치의 상기 컴포넌트들 중 제1 컴포넌트에 연결되며, 이에 따라 이 입력축의 회전에 의해 이 제1 컴포넌트의 회전이 유도되고,
차량의 추진을 위한 토크를 전달하기 위한 유성 기어 장치의 출력축(3a)은 유성 기어 장치의 상기 컴포넌트들 중 제2 컴포넌트에 연결되며, 이에 따라 이 출력축의 회전에 의해 이 제2 컴포넌트의 회전이 유도되고,
파워 유닛 구성부는 고정자(9a)와 회전자(9b)를 구비하는 제1 전기 기계(9)를 포함하고, 회전자가 유성 기어 장치의 상기 컴포넌트들 중 제3 컴포넌트와 연결되며, 이에 따라 회전자(9b)의 회전에 의해 이 제3 컴포넌트의 회전이 유도되고,
구동 시스템은 또한, 세 개의 컴포넌트가 동일한 속도로 회전하도록 상기 컴포넌트들 중 두 개의 컴포넌트가 함께 잠기는 잠금 위치와 컴포넌트들이 각기 다른 속도로 회전할 수 있게 되는 해제 위치 사이에서 이동될 수 있는 제1 잠금 수단(34)을 포함하는, 차량 제어 방법에 있어서,
차량이 상기 파워 유닛 구성부를 구비한 차량이고, 상기 파워 유닛 구성부가 또한 고정자(31)와, 제어되고 있는 유성 기어 장치의 상기 입력축(2a)에 연결되는 회전자(32)를 포함하는 제2 전기 기계(30)를 포함하고,
방법은, 차량이 제1 잠금 수단(34)이 해제 위치에 있는 상태로 구동될 때 이 잠금 수단을 잠금 위치로 이동시키기 위하여,
a) 파워 유닛 구성부로부터 유성 기어 장치의 출력축(3a)으로 전달되기 위해 요청된 토크를 달성하기 위하여, 방법 동안 내내, 제1 전기 기계(9)를 제어하는 단계,
b) 유성 기어 장치의 입력축(2a)에 작용하는 파워 유닛 구성부 내의 부분(2, 30)의 속도를 유성 기어 장치의 출력축(3a)의 속도가 되도록 제어하는 단계, 및
c) 상기 입력축(2a) 및 출력축(3a)의 회전 속도가 실질적으로 동일해지거나 혹은 동일해질 때 제1 잠금 수단을 잠금 위치로 시프트시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 전기 기계(30)가 파워 유닛 구성부의 일부이며, 그 회전 속도는 단계 b)에서 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
연소 엔진(2)을 포함하되, 상기 연소 엔진(2)이 상기 입력축(2a)을 거쳐 상기 유성 기어 장치의 제1 컴포넌트에 연결되고, 상기 입력축(2a)은 상기 연소 엔진(2)에 연결되는 제1 부분(35)과 상기 유성 기어 장치의 제1 컴포넌트에 연결되고 상기 제1 부분(35)과 해제 가능하게 연결되는 제2 부분(36)을 포함하도록 구성되는 파워 유닛 구성부를 구비하는 차량의 제어가 실시되고,
단계 b)에서, 유성 기어 장치의 출력축(3a)의 회전 속도가 되도록, 제2 전기 기계(30)의 회전자(32)와 연결된 입력축(2a)의 제1 부분(35)을 구비하는 연소 엔진(2)의 엔진 속도 또는 제2 전기 기계(30)의 제어가 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
제2 잠금 수단(33)을 포함하는 파워 유닛 구성부를 구비하는 차량의 제어가 실시되되, 상기 제2 잠금 수단은, 입력축(2a)의 제1 부분(35)이 제2 전기 기계의 회전자(32) 및 상기 제1 컴포넌트와 연결된 제2 부분(36)과 함께 잠기는 위치와, 입력축(2a)의 제1 부분(35)이 제2 전기 기계의 회전자(32) 및 상기 제1 컴포넌트와 연결된 제2 부분(36)과 분리되어 이들과 독립적으로 회전할 수 있게 되는 해제 위치 사이에서 이동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법. - 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
방법의 시작 시에는 입력축(2a)의 제1 부분(35)이 제2 전기 기계의 회전자(32)와 연결되어 있고,

제2 전기 기계(30)의 제어를 통해, 차량 내의 보조 전기 유닛, 부하 및 만일 파워 유닛 구성부에 포함되어 있다면 전기 에너지 저장 수단(20) 중 하나 이상에의 전기 출력 또는 차량 내의 보조 전기 유닛, 부하 및 만일 파워 유닛 구성부에 포함되어 있다면 전기 에너지 저장 수단(20) 중 하나 이상으로부터의 전기 출력을 제어하는, 단계 b)와 동시에 수행되는, 단계 d)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
파워 균형을 달성하기 위하여 상기 출력의 제어가 일어나고,
차량의 주된 작동 상황에 따라, 만일 파워 유닛 구성부에 포함되어 있다면 상기 전기 에너지 저장 수단(20), 보조 전기 유닛 및 부하 중 하나 이상에 전류를 충전하거나 혹은 만일 파워 유닛 구성부에 포함되어 있다면 상기 전기 에너지 저장 수단(20), 보조 전기 유닛 및 부하 중 하나 이상으로부터 전류를 방전시키는 자유 선택이 구동 시스템에 대해 규정되어 있는 일반 한계 내에서 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
단계 d)가 수행될 때, 필요한 경우에는 전력 균형의 유지가 일시적으로 보류되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
유성 기어 장치의 썬 휠(10)이 상기 제1 컴포넌트이고 유성 기어 장치의 링 기어(11)가 상기 제3 컴포넌트인 상기 구동 시스템을 구비한 차량에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
유성 기어 장치의 상기 출력축(3a)과 연결된 입력축을 구비한 기어박스(3)를 구비한 차량에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 제어 방법. - 컴퓨터 프로그램 코드가 기록 매체에 저장된 컴퓨터 프로그램으로, 상기 컴퓨터 프로그램 코드가, 컴퓨터에서 실행될 때, 컴퓨터가 제1항에 따른 단계들을 제어하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 컴퓨터 프로그램 코드가 기록 매체에 저장된 컴퓨터 프로그램.
- 데이터 저장 매체(40)를 포함하는 컴퓨터로, 상기 데이터 저장 매체는 컴퓨터에 의해 판독 가능하고, 제13항에 따른 컴퓨터 프로그램의 컴퓨터 프로그램 코드가 데이터 저장 매체 안에 저장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 데이터 저장 매체를 포함하는 컴퓨터.
- 실행 수단(37), 실행 수단에 연결된 메모리(38) 및 실행 수단에 연결된 데이터 저장 매체(40)를 포함하는 모터 차량용 전자 제어 장치로, 제13항에 따른 컴퓨터 프로그램 내의 컴퓨터 프로그램 코드가 상기 데이터 저장 매체 안에 저장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 차량용 전자 제어 장치.
