Claims (16)
- 기판 상에 광학 효과층(OEL)을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은:
a) i) 소판형(platelet-shaped) 자성 또는 자화성(magnetizable) 안료 입자 및 ii) 결합제 재료를 포함하는 코팅 조성물을 기판 상에 도포하는 단계로서, 상기 코팅 조성물은 제 1 상태에 있는, 단계,
b) 상기 소판형 자성 또는 자화성 안료 입자의 적어도 일부가 이축 배향(bi-axially orient)되도록 상기 코팅 조성물을 제 1 자기장 발생 장치의 동적 자기장에 노출하는 단계,
c) 단계 b)의 상기 코팅 조성물을 제 2 자기장 발생 장치의 정적 자기장에 노출하여, 상기 소판형 자성 또는 자화성 안료 입자의 적어도 일부를 단축 재배향(mono-axially re-orienting)하는 단계, 및
d) 상기 소판형 자성 또는 자화성 안료 입자를 적용된 위치 및 배향으로 고정하도록 단계 c)의 상기 코팅 조성물을 제 2 상태로 경화(hardening)하는 단계를 포함하는,
