Claims (6)
- 다수의 분리된 자석 조각들을 서로 접촉하지 아니하도록 근접 설치하여 분산점 모양의 집합체를 형성하고, 그러한 집합체를 피도장물의 뒷면에 접근시켜서 위치결정하고, 상기 피도장물 위에 자성체 분말을 함유하는 도료를 도장해서 도장막을 형성하고, 상기 도장막을 경화시켜서 상기 분산점 모양에 대응하는 모양이 도장막면에 드러나게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모양 도장막 형성 방법.
- 다수의 분리된 자석 조각들을 서로 접촉하지 아니하도록 근접 설치하여 분산점 모양의 집합체를 형성하여 준비하고, 자성체 분말을 함유하는 도료를 피도장물 위에 도장해서 도장막을 형성하며, 상기 도장막이 유동 상태로 있을 때에 상기 집합체를 상기 도장막에 접근시키고, 상기 도장막을 경화시켜서 상기 분산점 모양에 대응하는 모양이 도장막면에 드러나게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모양 도장막 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 자석 조각은 자극이 좌우 양단에 위치하도록 착자된 4각형 또는 원형으로 형성되며, 서로 인접하는 자석 조각들은 그들의 N극과 S극이 서로 근접하는 방향으로 위치를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모양 도장막 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 자석 조각은 자극이 양단에 위치하도록 착자된 봉자석 또는 U자형 자석으로 형성되며, 서로 인접하는 자석 조각들은 그들의 N극과 S극이 서로 근접하는 방향으로 위치가 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모양 도장막 형성 방법.
