Claims (24)
- 멸균가능 제2 용기를 둘러싸는 제1 용기로서,
상기 제1 용기는 상부 표면, 하부 표면, 멸균 내부 부피, 출구, 및 멸균 필터를 포함한 입구를 포함하고, 하부 표면은 지주를 포함하고, 제2 용기는 상기 지주 상에 배치되고, 용기는 제2 용기의 부피를 수축하며, 필터는 제1 용기의 내부 부피에서 멸균성을 제공하고 공기/가스가 상기 내부 부피에 유입되도록 허용하며, 제2 용기의 무결성은 출구를 통하여 제2 용기로부터 공기/가스의 배출을 측정하도록 시험될 수 있는 제1 용기. - 제1항의 제2 용기의 무결성을 시험하기 위한 방법으로서, 시험 압력으로 제1 용기의 내부 부피를 압축하는 단계 및 소정 기간 동안 시험 압력을 유지하는 제2 용기 내에서 결함부를 측정하기 위하여 압력의 감소를 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 용기의 무결성이 진공을 이용하여 시험되는 방법.
- 부분적으로 개방된 패널 및 밀폐된 패널을 포함하는 하우징,
하우징의 부분적으로 개방된 패널에 인접하게 배치되고 하우징의 개방 단부를 통하여 돌출된 입구 및 출구 튜빙을 포함하는 롤링된 멸균 일회용 용기를 포함하고, 입구 튜빙은 멸균 필터를 포함하는 장치. - a) 부분적으로 개방된 패널 및 밀폐된 패널을 포함하는 하우징 내에 롤링된 멸균 일회용 용기를 배치하는 단계 - 상기 용기는 용기가 밀폐된 패널을 향하여 부분적으로 개방된 패널로부터 수평 방향으로 펼쳐지도록 배열되고 용기는 개방된 단부를 통하여 돌출되고 밀폐된 단부에 마주보게 배열된 입구 및 출구 튜빙을 포함하며 입구 튜빙은 멸균 필터를 포함함 - , 및
b) 유체가 용기를 충전함에 따라 용기가 하우징의 밀폐된 패널을 향하여 부분적으로 개방된 패널로부터 수평 방향으로 펼쳐지도록 입구 튜빙과 멸균 필터를 통해 멸균 유체로 용기를 충전하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 내부 부피 및 부분적으로 개방된 하부 패널을 포함한 하우징,
부분적으로 개방된 하부 패널 상의 멸균 일회용 용기,
부분적으로 개방된 하부 패널을 통하여 멸균 일회용 용기에 부착된 입구 및 출구 튜빙을 포함하고, 입구 및 출구 튜빙은 멸균 필터를 각각 포함하며,
멸균 일회용 용기는 입구 튜빙을 통하여 멸균 유체가 충전되고, 멸균 일회용 용기가 충전됨에 따라 이 용기의 부피는 멸균 일회용 용기에 추가 상향력의 인가 없이 하우징의 내부 부피 내로 팽창되는 장치. - 제6항의 장치를 사용하여 멸균 일회용 용기를 충전하기 위한 방법으로서,
a) 하우징 내에 멸균 일회용 용기를 배치하는 단계, 및
b) 유체가 용기에 충전됨에 따라 용기가 하우징의 실질적으로 밀폐된 패널을 향하여 부분적으로 개방된 패널로부터 수직으로 팽창하도록 입구 튜빙 및 멸균 필터를 통하여 멸균 유체로 용기를 충전하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 내부 부피를 포함하는 용기,
내부 부피 내의 구불구불한 경로를 포함하고,
상기 구불구불한 경로는 멸균가능 재료로 구성되며, 상기 용기는 벤트와 멸균 일회용 용기 사이에 통로를 형성하기 위하여 벤트와 멸균 일회용 용기에 부착가능하고,

- 분리가능 부착 장치로서,
제2 표면에 마주보는 제1 표면 및 내부 오목한 부분을 포함하는 장치 몸체,
결합 요홈, 및
부착 메커니즘을 포함하고,
상기 부착 메커니즘은 제1 표면에 부착되고, 결합 요홈은 장치 몸체 내에 형성된 장치 몸체의 제2 표면으로부터 연장되며, 내부 오목한 부분과 연통되는 분리가능 부착 장치. - 일회용 용기의 외부 및 내부 부피와 연통하고, 일회용 용기의 외부 및 내부 부피 각각 내의 하나 이상의 부착 지점을 포함하며, 밀봉 메커니즘을 포함한 인클로져를 포함하는 하우징을 포함하고,
밀봉 메커니즘 및/또는 일회용 용기의 내부 부피 내의 부착 지점을 통하여 하우징에 제1 구성요소가 부착될 수 있고,
밀봉 메커니즘 및/또는 일회용 용기의 외부의 부착 지점을 통하여 하우징에 제2 구성요소가 부착될 수 있고, 제1 및 제2 구성요소는 서로 가역적으로 부착되는 장치. - 도 13c에서의 허브 및 거싯 또는 도 13b에서의 둥근 이중 허브를 포함하는 임펠러.

- 제16항에 있어서, 서로 접합된 4개의 섹션을 포함하는 일회용 반응 용기.
- 제17항에 있어서, 섹션들은 2개 이상의 다른 섹션의 이음매를 따라 서로 접합되는 일회용 반응 용기.
- 제16항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섹션들은 중심 축을 따라 만나고, 고정구 접근 지점 또는 설비 포트는 섹션들 중 하나의 섹션 내에서 중심 축으로부터 벗어나 배치되는 일회용 반응 용기.
- 반응기 시스템으로서,

b. 캐리지 조립체에 제거가능하게 부착된 제16항의 일회용 반응 용기, 및
