Claims (41)
- 촉매 산화되고 카복실화 산으로 처리된, 약 6 meq/100 g 초과의 카복실 함량, 1 meq/100 g 미만의 알데하이드 함량 및 5.5 mPa.s 미만의 점도를 갖는 셀룰로스를 포함하는 화학적으로 개질된 크래프트 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
카복실 함량이 약 7 meq/100 g 이상인 섬유. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
ISO 휘도가 약 85 내지 약 92, 또는 약 87 내지 약 91, 또는 약 91.5 초과인 섬유. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
중합도가 약 350 내지 약 1860인 섬유. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
알데하이드 함량이 0.3 meq/100 g 내지 약 1.0 meq/100 g의 범위인 섬유. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
카보닐 함량이 약 1.5 meq/100 g 내지 약 5.0 meq/100 g의 범위인 섬유. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
약 3 mPa·s 내지 약 5.5 mPa·s의 점도를 갖는 섬유. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
약 3 미만의 구리가를 갖는 섬유. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
약 14% 내지 약 30% 범위의 S10 부식성 용해도를 갖는 섬유. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
약 16% 미만의 S18 부식성 용해도를 갖는 섬유. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
약 72% 이상의 R10 값을 갖는 섬유. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
적어도 약 79% 내지 약 88% 범위의 R18 값을 갖는 섬유. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
섬유가 연재 섬유이고 약 12% 내지 약 17%의 헤미셀룰로스 함량을 갖는 섬유. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
섬유가 연재 섬유이고 약 2 ㎜ 이상의 섬유 길이를 갖는 섬유. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
섬유가 항균 및/또는 항세균 성질을 나타내는 섬유. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 초흡수성 중합체를 또한 포함하는 흡수성 제품내에 함유된 섬유. - 개질된 산-처리된 크래프트 섬유의 제조 방법으로,
셀룰로스 섬유에 크래프트 펄프화 단계를 가하고;
상기 셀룰로스 섬유를 산소 탈리그닌화하고;
상기 셀룰로스 섬유를 다단계 표백 공정을 사용하여 표백시키고;
상기 셀룰로스 섬유를 산성 조건하에서 퍼옥사이드 및 촉매로 산화시키고;
상기 섬유를 카복실화 산으로 처리함
을 포함하는 방법. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
크래프트 펄프화 및 산소 탈리그닌화 후의 섬유의 카파 값이 약 13 내지 약 21, 또는 약 5 내지 약 8인 방법. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
촉매를 구리 및 철 중 하나 이상으로부터 선택하는 방법. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
퍼옥사이드가 과산화 수소인 방법. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
